  • Used to be perfect

    Ever since the latest update, mine doesn’t load anymore and crashes after a few seconds.

    This used to be one of the best music playing apps, but now it crashes anytime I try to choose a different song. It also deletes a lot of songs everyday. Whenever I try to redownload songs, the app will usually crash instead of finishing. I also have dozens of repeat downloads. The song is already downloaded, but there’s two of them for whatever reason. Please update the app again or revert back to what it was before lol. It deletes playlists too or clears them. Make a way to have songs in alphabetic order to please!!

  • Good App but...

    I was worried about my problem and thought I was the only one til I found another user with the same problem. Last week, I got into my music and all of it was deleted. I tried downloading the music again, but it would just delete itself again. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it, and it fixed my second problem. A new problem has now arisen since the new update. Once I click on a song, I can listen through it and any music that comes next. But once I want to change the song, if I click on a new song it shuts down the app, and I have to reopen the app. Another small problem I faced with the new update is it deleted all the music out of my playlists. It kept the playlist, just not the music. Overall I’ve had this app for years, and never had a single problem with it up until now. Much more affordable to me, and if this problem is fixed in the next update, I will go back to loving this app, instead of just liking it like I do now.

  • Great customer focus

    After the last flawed update the developer swiftly responded to fix the issues. I was very pleasantly surprised. The download order is now not in reverse order anymore, something to get used to, but everything else is back to how it should be. Great app, great developer response. Would definitely recommend to others!

  • It used to be nice 😒

    So I used this app for more than a year, it did a pretty good job, you didn’t need to be connected in order to listen to your music, etc. However, recently, for no reason at all, the app crashed and all my music and playlists were deleted. Worst of it is I can’t even download other songs anymore 😔

    This app has been the best out of all the current music players that I’ve tried. Thanks for not having a million pop up ads.
    It could use improvements, like the shuffle function will play about 15 songs in a 400 song playlist and keep repeating just them over and over. I have some songs in my playlist that I have literally forgotten I had, since they never come up on shuffle. So it would be great if that could be fixed. Also alphabetising the songs too.
    But overall 👍🏻 Good stuff

  • All my downloaded mp3 deleted

    Had lots of mp3 offline the app all removed my songs and nothing can be downloaded now using wifi transfer seems like they are charging
  • Good app but a lot of bugs lately

    I really do love this app and use it all the time. I’ve used it for roughly 3 years now and never had problems like this until recently. About a week ago, all of my music deleted from the app (it was 3 years worth of music). I deleted the app but downloaded it again because I thought it was fixed. I don’t think it is. There was another bug in the app where I had to click on a song, click off of it, and click on it again because it wouldn’t play the first time. That was fixed and that’s great, but now all of my playlists keep getting deleted. The app is really good but all the bugs are starting to get annoying.

  • Was Good.

    It was working great, until it wasn’t. I produce music. This app was great for loading and listening to reference files. iTunes is not good for this. One day I opened the app and all my files and playlist were gone. They just disappeared into the either. Re-downloading them doesn’t work. The app continues to displays Songs (0). A 1 star ratting would be unfair since I liked the app very much until it broke. Fix this bug and 5 stars for sure. I’ll try deleting the app and reinstalling. Time wasted though.

  • Missing Songs

    I always use to app to listen to music offline but randomly, when I went on the app today, all my songs were gone. I had around 300 or 400 songs and I do not want to download them again. This is really annoying but the app is overall, pretty good
