Unprofessional company.
I am a homeowner and experienced unprofessional behavior with NestAway during the period I leased my flat with them. The bad reviews mentioned by homeowners are genuine and disregarded the reviews and went ahead with NestAway. Do not list your property with these guys unless you have no time and choice in selecting tenants. Even mails to senior management never gets a response.Show lessMithun Jose

Poor App, worst company
Not only the app is poor that crashes frequently and doesn’t allow to login but the company services are also worst. They will charge heavy hidden expenses as deduction from your rental income. They will not provide any responsible person who to discuss the clarification of charges with. They will charge heavy hidden and visit charges over and above the normal cost which sometimes are double of the service charge.Show lessVikrmn. com

Nestaway has been managing my property in Bengaluru for over 4 years. The last couple of years have been tough due to Covid when occupancy plummeted and the general upkeep of the property suffered. But the new Zonal Manager, Michael Sebastian has turned things around. He has taken the initiative to get the issues fixed and thanks to him the occupancy is back to pre-covid levels.Show lessgdkeys
