Bumping software with poor service
Service :
I got a dirty kitchen at move-in and asked them to clean it. Raised service request, contacted support. Tried to escalate as much I can. First of all no one came and then they closed the request with asking a feedback.
I don’t know what the he’ll the smoke.
There are left over like liquor bottles, food packets in kitchen and a dirty sink.
Software: crashes many time while opening tickets, possibly while updating.

Although there were some glitches during the handover process, the NestAway team ensures great customer service. We had some issues when we moved in to our NestAway home, and the NestAway team patiently analyzed the situation, and ensured that the issues be rectified diligently, and correctly. There was persistence from the team, and finally, ensured the problem was sorted within the promised timelines, and without a glitch.
