Idea is cool, but the UI of the attached website is pretty clunky and messy ultimately making new user adaptation more difficult than necessary and leaving a lot to be desired.

What’s that about? Apparently one needs a subscription or something to use this app. Why don’t you warn us beforehand so we don’t waste our time? Just checked their website—$240 per year for basic plan!!

I needed a lead generation app to capture leads from our business partner Lowe's. I literally wrote the app in Forms on Fire in 15 minutes as I walked out the door. Collected about 50,000 dollars with of business that day. WOW!

This app has allowed us to pitch so many paper forms!! I love the customization they allow as I can get the forms to look just like the ones my employees are use to! Their customer service is fantastic and they're so easy to work with!!
Great App!
Very easy to use. Able to build customs forms using the online form designer and see them on my mobile device! Great for transferring paper forms to your mobile device. You can even take photos and record videos!
