Don’t bother
This App was great before the update a few months ago. It’s now doesn’t recognise my Instagram account. So I thought I’d give it a couple of months to see if anything has changed. Tried it again today and it’s still the same. Also looking at the other reviews saying the same thing and no response from the Apps developer says to me they aren’t that bothered.Show lessThe Movie Guy 76
Very useful and easy to use app. Really a must have!
It’s nice to be able to get into a platform that’s easy to utilize and understand. On the go so I don’t have to jump in to other apps I can just look and see when my best time will be that day at that moment so I can free up a lot of other stuff or get me on the ball to get my posting. I have ADHD and I struggle with so many things doesn’t it so to keep my company is going I need all the help I can get very useful to thank you. I used to love this app. I hate it now.
I used to love the simplicity of the app. It did what it needed to do with no fuss. Now since it’s been re-updated with a new logo and design run by tailwind, it’s gone down hill. I hate that it forces you to use Facebook to access this acct. I don’t use Facebook anymore and don’t have it installed on phone and don’t ever plan to due to FB being very invasive with privacy. So for that reason alone....no longer using this app and uninstalling. Off to find something else.Show lessQueenLeilani1
Bad update
I used to love When to Post prior to the new update of how you have to link with Facebook. First of all, I didn’t even have a Facebook so I created it solely to use this app. Then, when I did the app started tripping and not connecting. It’d keep loading for like way too long. Ugh I wish it would go back to normal but they want their money so wtv. I hope I can find another app similar to this one with accurate times instead of trying to fool with this one.Show lessTara.A.Bethel
It connected wrong account
Ive used this before and loved it but when I went in to purchase the one time purchase and set it up it connected my personal Instagram with my business FaceBook. It didn’t give me the choice to pick which Instagram account. I cannot figure out how to change it. This app does me no good whatsoever connected to my private Instagram account. I need it connected to my business Instagram!!!!!!! I have emailed and asked for help and have still not received any reply.Show lesssauce girl

While we don't support mutli-accounts just yet, you can still change the subscription the account you want. First, you'll want to initiate a refund for the wrong purchase. Next, you'll want to sign out of the app and sign back in, When you come to the IG log in page, you'll need to use the unique username and password of the specific account you want to set up for WhentoPost. If you continue to run into issues, however, our team would be more than happy to help! This used to work pretty well. Then it updated. It’s completely non functional and useless. Keeps asking me to use FB to continue using the app. I’ve done it three times already and it keeps prompting me. Additionally, before the upgrade I paid for upgraded features. Now I can’t find a way to cancel these payments!!! Whoever was in charge of this update should be fired!Show lessflynnmy
Terrible App
So I paid the one time fee for this app and I must you guys have hustled people out of their money.. The app never loads up properly you have to keep going through the Facebook steps multiple times before the app finally loads..Most of the features don’t work at all..My engagement percent has yet to increase and it’s the same post times every week..The notifications does not work and has never worked..Maybe it’s time to refund your customers and terminate this unproductive appShow lessKms33055
Looks good on paper....
Sad as this app looks ideal sadly I can’t even get past the setup pages it just hangs with the hoop of death. Shame as I could really do with a app like this. Happy to discuss with the developers about the issues but not good that it doesn’t work out of the box 😢😢Nick_mcuk
App update
I used to use this app all the time, I paid for the pro version and all. They recently did another update that now you can’t view or access any of the data from before (that I paid for) you have to pay monthly, or for the year. So what did I waste my money on the pro version just for them to update it and not give me any of the information that I PAID FOR. Super disappointed.Show lessHsbzhshziwish

I’ve used this app for years to help grow my blog via Instagram engagement and it’s just totally stopped working.
Update-After updating the app with the fix, I haven’t seemed to get the information that helps me plan posts. It might just take a bit more time.Solesister13
