Major issue with latest update
System worked great until we did the latest update(2.78). Since that it’s been HORRIBLE! Issues with syncing, orders deleting from system, orders sent to kitchen twice & the list goes on & on. Very frustrating for entire staff and A LOT of money has been lost for the business(discounts for customers waiting & food wasted).
Very frustrating… just did latest update to version now at .15, keeping fingers crossed this is the bug fixes version we need. That’s 15 versions in 3weeks….hmmmm a lot of bug fixes, so do not think we are only one with issues.

Wow, I see many share same points.
Every week now there is a new update, and I am having hard time just keeping up. I have been using Revel for 4+ years and even tho I am so used to it now we still have issues with the OTs connectivity, forget about credit card machine that have to be rebooted 3 to 4 times every day!!!

Update causing a lot of problems
Recent update v2.77 is causing a lot of problem during rush. Called support but they said “they don’t have any problems” and are not helping at all to get this problem fixed. They said we have to downgrade the version instead of fix the bugs.

Revel is pretty cool. The way they work is pretty cool. Bahama bucks is pretty cool.

Outstanding tech support, once you get your head around the program it is a very sufficient system with many tweaks to help your business prosper. Tech support is amazing! They have never let me down when I’ve hit a problem. That for me puts the icing on the cake. Well done

Very outdated and unprofessional
We have been using revel for 3+years, it has a lot of connection issues especially with payment. Whenever I call support they blame the iPad or “our equipment “ when everything is revel provided. During COVID we had to find ways to save money and the only way they were able to do this was to force us into another 3 year contract. Now they want 7000 to break this contract that they forced us into when we were desperate. Would never recommend them.

Great product
If you are not completely inept in electronics and how networks work, it is the best most advanced system on the planet. If you are I would advise you to pay to get it installed because this system is too advanced for you.
Worst Update Ever
If we could rate this 0 stars we would. This has update has been miserable and caused our business to be down three days. Unacceptable miscommunications between their internal departments causing chaos for us with profit loss and frustrated customers.
