And wasn’t disappointed at all. Everything was so good. Cooked to perfection the tri-tip with garlic butter. Salad, breadsticks, salad and baked beans. And the mashed potatoes with whole clove of garlic here and there the Best!

We use to go to a place for two-tip with the initials ‘WR’, they use to good selection for a descent price. That has changed tremendously! So without with some friends and family for dinner came to fire stone and they first opened here in Ventura to check it out, hooked!!! The portions are great. The barbecue selection is awesome, extremely affordable. I just the other night I went for dinner last minute because my order and come out less than 10 minutes later than that it stated on the app, they we so sorry kept offering me dessert. It wasn’t that big of a deal I wasn’t in a hurry. Got home food was AWESOME & they kicked us down free carrot cake which was even more AWESOME! So I’ll be back for sure and yea I’ll take the carrot cake with my order of tri-tip! Thank you Ventura location. I’ll be a longtime, extremely happy customer.

Tri tip sandwich on sub bread?
Seriously need to do tri tip sandwich on regular buns. The only option is on sub style bread. That just not right.
Cannot Order Tri Tip & Ribs
When trying to order Tri Tip & Ribs, it gives an error when you try to Add to Cart.

App is broken in a lot of ways
This app used to work fine but it needs to be updated or something. For one thing it doesn’t let me apply my rewards anymore, always showing an error message about basket validation. Some menu items are wrong or incorrect as well, and it won’t even let me reorder my favorites always saying something any available even though it is. By far the worst issue though is it actually puts in the wrong order sometimes. I recently ordered a pizza with bbq sauce and red onions only to get a pizza with pesto sauce and tri-tip. At first I thought the location made the mistake but they showed me the receipt and the order was placed with them that way. Please fix your app, it’s broken. Will be more than happy to revise this review once it’s fixed.

Pathetic
Have been a long time customer and this was the worst experience we have had. Pathetic serving of tri tip on the BBQ salad. They also forgot the tortilla chips
Tasted fishy
I placed a dinner order a couple of weeks ago when I had some guests over. The lemon and bbq chicken was fabulous. However the breadsticks had an odd fishy taste to them. No one ate them because of that. We had no fish in the order but it was almost like they were cross contaminated with fishy butter. Weird. I tossed the entire batch of them.

Need to do better
I’ve been a solid customer for more than 10 years. Even used SG to cater my kids wedding and 2 huge Eagle Court of Honor events.
The T.O location has made mistakes the last two times. No BBQ sauce and the wrong salad.
I live too far away to go back and get it fixed.
Typically I order from the Winnetka location which is on target every time.
I am supporting the take out lifestyle and only hope this review brings a constructive awareness so they address the quality control before the order goes out.
