The worst
This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever used! It doesn’t process the information it requests such as cc number and requires you to submit information over and over. Also, it will not link to the Rewards!! Then it asks you to chose a deliver time and tells you there’s not enough time to process the order but when I choose ASAP (for instance) it gives me the exact time I chose!!!! Ugh

Great food
Ordered a whole tri tip, salad, a whole roasted cauliflower and carrot cake. I was in such a hurry I didn’t check my bags. When I got home the roasted cauliflower was not there. I called them and they gave me the roasted cauliflower and a gift card to make up for the mistake! The food is great and their service is excellent!

Easy to use!
Great app, easy to use and it seems to be updates in real time. For instance, if they run out of something, it won’t show on the app. We’ve had this happen a few times, thinking it had been removed from the menu, I called the restaurant & nope, they ran out.
I wish most restaurants had an app this easy to use.

Awful!!!
The chicken had no flavor and on top of that it smelled bad which it was a sign not to eat it but I did so I go super sick. Other than that, everything else was good however, will never ever, ever, ever get chicken from there again.
Love the food, the app- not so much
The app is clearly designed for phone use, but not everyone uses a phone to order food! I use an ipad because the screen is bigger and one can see the pics better - but the app is not aspect/device sensitive and one is forced to use it vertically instead of the much more convenient horizontal aspect. Please fix that 🙏

It works great!
Took us a while to start using the app, but now that I’ve had several orders of experience under my belt, I find it really useful and very easy to navigate. Lots of flexibility ordering items specific to our liking. Not so with some other food apps! Besides, we really like the food.
Best Restaurant App IMO
I like all the side and prep options. If I knew I had all these options in the restaurant I would probably use them. Saves credit card number and does not require you to put your 3 digit number every time. Easy to navigate forward and backward without losing what you did already. Prices are very clear. Some apps don’t contain the best deals which are specials available only when you are there - like a blackboard special. This app has all specials built in.

Great Food, Great curbside service
The app is working well once we entered the information—we had many cards and now down to one. We love the food and with the app it’s easy to order. The curbside pickup works great—we prepay just open our trunk on arrival where they put our food. We just ordered ribs for the first time. We’ve never had a bad meal.

Unable to read
The writing is so small it is hard to read. Making a selection it doesn't take the selection and tells you to make the selection in order to proceed. Fix the app. 1 star is too good.
