Fraud
I couldn’t book Direct Car because there was no available cars so I used this Handsome cars app they sent me a message that the estimated fare for the booking I made was £7.80 but they took £11.70. So it’s a fraud, if you don’t have any option take the bus instead.

Take on bookings and can’t get cars out in the time requested.
The App takes payment when there are no cars available and you have to wait 3 days for it to be refunded, if it gets refunded!

Finally a HD iOS app icon that looks great on the iPhone 13 Pro Max, and a lovely new frontend UI that is easy to use and looks fantastic! Good job guys :)

Careful if you cancel they will take your money anyway ,from your card £16 I was a loyal customer till they did that.
