Helps with work, no problems 🤗

Good luck Onboarding your organization

Provide helpdesk support at large Org helping users onboard MFA for their devices. Device registrations consistently fail because SafeNet backend servers can’t handle high volume/capacity registrations at once. This is supposed to be “enterprise” ready and your infrastructure can’t support the demands of onboarding new customers, really??? It’s exactly why half these other reviews are so negative. A simple update to the app forces PIN confirmation, half our employees got lazy relying on biometric ID, and now they have to setup tokens again. The simple spike in demand from a simple update has bogged your servers down again. Fix this now if you want to retain enterprise customers!!

Is this a complete replacement for MobilePASS?

It’s unclear from the documentation. It does seem to work where MobilePASS also works - but the lack of documentation makes it hard for companies to recommend using it instead of MobilePASS (which looks awful on newer phones, why can’t you update that too?)

Useless

Completely useless. Kicks you out after three weeks and gives you no option to sign back in again. My administrator tells me I’m still logged in, the app tells me I need a new token from my administrator. Completely useless and now can’t access email outside of work. Stupid system.

Great! But iPhone X and the 0 number on keypad

I don’t know if you’re testing this on iPhone X, but the 0 sometimes doesn’t respond in the keypad because the Home Bar blocks it.

Moving it a cm or so up should repair that.

Otherwise, life saver. Don’t have to tote my damned machine around for a passcode !

Code keeps on refreshing. Catch 22

I need this to add my work email to my phone but when I generate a code and move (without closing the app) to my email app to type the code, this immediately voids the code I just generated through the app 5 seconds ago

Everyone thinks they need an app

My biggest problem with this app is the fact that I'm forced to use this app. Google Authenticator is already on my phone and used for other apps. Why should I download yet another Authenticator app that is single use? I don't need ten thousand different Authenticator apps, #*ۥ{+?! Grrr

These companies need to get off their hubris and work with open standards. Their apps should be optional because, really, I don't want a bunch of authentication apps on my phone.

Stuck on enrolling - You need to uninstall and reinstall

Worked fine in my old iPhone 6s, then I got the new iPhone 8 and the app gets stuck on enrolling. I can’t do any work remotely without this, please fix ASAP.

Update: you need to uninstall the app and then reinstall. Once reinstalled, the app should work correctly.

Stopped working after ios 11

Needs updated.
