Hi I bought the same tracker and was having troubles too you have to put the id number from the back of the tracker in then the default password was 123456 hope this helpsTarenia01

Followed instructions from QR code. Got ASHK. Asked to log in with ID and password, but no way to access either. Online search does not share info that matches the app.WTuvTe32

There is no option to track multiple devices!!!!Hopeless
I downloaded the app to use with a dog tracker. There Home Screen asks for me to log in, but there’s no option to create an account. Impossible to use. Very lucky to even get 1 star. Now I’m stuck with a dog tracker I can’t use.Kgordo1
Impossible to use, avoid
Complete rip-off purchase of GPS dog collar. Took 6 months to arrive. Manual is entirely in Chinese. App accessed by QR code requires password or username and password, then gives a Network failure error. Developers not accessible through support link. Terrible waste of money and time.frm562
No connection
I have logged into this app before to try and use it but didn’t have a sim at the time. I now have a sim and it won’t allow me to log in again and won’t allow me the option to rest my password? I can’t get in touch with the developer or even google how to fix this as it no longer seems to exist??RhondaJones1979
