Super easy to set up. I really like that i don't have to have my phone with me when I take the pill. If I come back later in the day with my phone - the pill bottle will let the phone know I took my meds!
Latest update fixed recording issues
The latest firmware update finally fixed the recording issues. Previously, I would have my phone literally next to the bottle and it wouldn't record. On occasion if I had opened the app, it would finally refresh and tell me I took it. Now, once I open the bottle, the bottle light blinks and a message on my phone appears that my dose has been recorded.
Now that this issue has been fixed, I can recommend this product to my friends. I appreciate the text reminder feature and snooze options.

A God send!
Thank you so much for making this product and the accompanying app! I have ALWAYS had trouble remembering to take my two daily medications before bed. With the musical alert tone from the pill cap itself plus the reminder in my phone. I will be honest both of those are still very easy to ignore. But since I have also added a โhelperโ and their phone number in the app, they text me the second that they are alerted I have missed a dose. I almost think that I started taking them more regularly just so I didnโt have to listen to my friend complain to me that Iโm not taking my pills. Lol! Funny. Anyways, when I originally got the pill bottle caps I had some trouble connecting more than one cap to my phone at a time. But that seem to correct itself quickly. Also, since they pushed down the iOS 11 update there is not a single issue or problem and they app and hardware both work like a well oiled machine. :-D Thank you again for inventing this product. Inevitably you have helped make me a more healthy person. Thank you so much! Thank you! :-D

Not getting notifications when I take pill anymore
It worked for 2 weeks. Glad I didn't rely on it fully. Considering sending it back.

Not recording on app
I get text reminders twice a morning and the app says I never took my pill even though I take it. I have to physically go into the app to record that I took it! So whatโs the point! I have emailed the company three times and it takes FOREVER to get a response. The last email I sent I didnโt even get one. I have followed all of their instructions to trouble shoot. YES MY CAP IS CONNECTED AND THE BLUE LIGHT BLINKS WHEN I CLOSE IT! Honestly, this product was a waste of money. You are better off just using a reminder on you phones!

Should be zero stars
Such promise, but sadly it does not deliver on it. After waiting months, I would have thought that time was being used to troubleshoot the issues, but this just plain does not work. This would be dangerous for someone who was easily confused about whether they had taken a dose or not
Not working yet
We just received our pill cap and I'm hoping this is just a roll out issue, but it basically is not working. Will momentarily log a taken dose and then immediately revert back to not taken / overdue. I have contacted them and will update this review, but currently, this expensive device is useless.
Not recommended
I waited months for this product. After arriving 2 months late, the app does not work at all. It does not send push notifications like its supposed to. The pill bottles alarm doesn't work. Whenever i take my medication, the app registers it as taken and then 4 seconds later marks it as not taken. The Bluetooth sync is also super flakey. Good idea but the execution is terrible. The basic functionality does not work at all.
