Scamster bank

blocked for no reason , dbs claims to be a digital bank and then asks for an in person kyc.

Slow and buggy

Every button press results in a few seconds delay. Amounts are not refreshed when you are back to home after a transfer. Possibly the worst banking app?

Bad service and customer care support

Dear team DBS,
I was done a upi transaction(Flipcart bill payment) on 4.12.2023 and transaction shows successful and amount not credited merchant account.Then I wait for 5 days and nothing happened. On 9.12.2023 dispute raised and got mail regarding and mentioned thar problem will be resolved within 2 days but till date 19.12.2023 I didn't get any response from your end.Again I am try to get live customer care support through apps(connected after 10 times try) and connected with live agent Kannika( first time) disconnected the chat within 15 sec and I am try to get second time and connected with Purva and while I am sending message,she replayed some message and suddenly disconnected the chat.As a long term customer I am not expecting this type nonsense from your side.Please give proper orientation for your customer care executive those who are handling live chat section and credit back my money asap.

Again broken app

The app is not working since yesterday update on apple ios Login using Touch ID is broken and also after uninstalling and reinstall also unable to login via app. Please fix asap

First time use

The app worked smoothly, with no issues! The messaging was clear & easy to comprehend! Thank you!

Heats up the IOS device and hangs the device

This app is degraded over the time with no updates it’s starts from the very app landing login page takes time or sometimes does not come until you close the app and come back and starts heating up the device and keeps hanging the screens and the device. Instead of changing the graphics in new version devs need to work and focus on the performance of the app
