Good idea but failed to deliver
Your money is taken immediately when you order, you get zero update about your order. I was just contacted by the driver 20 mins before the time slot ran out. More than 50% of my items were not delivered then i get a notification that the money will be refunded after 21 days. Costumer server on WhatsApp never replied to me. The app is improving but the search engine is just miserable. Every time i search for a brand or a product, Irrelevant products pop up. I tried searching for water and it showed me water, chocolate and toilet paper!! . And if i tried searching from categories, the filter feature is useless. Not detailed at all and is only available for certain categories, Not every category in the app. I tried both searching for products in Arabic and in english. They’re both very bad. Still needs ALOT of improvement.Developer Response
