  • Good idea but failed to deliver

    Your money is taken immediately when you order, you get zero update about your order. I was just contacted by the driver 20 mins before the time slot ran out. More than 50% of my items were not delivered then i get a notification that the money will be refunded after 21 days. Costumer server on WhatsApp never replied to me. You better get your stuff in store

  • The worst in online shopping

    Three orders , Every order the call me before the delivery and thy cancel it because the items not available 🤷‍♂️ , why you accept from the beginning?

  • Not satisfied

    The app is improving but the search engine is just miserable. Every time i search for a brand or a product, Irrelevant products pop up. I tried searching for water and it showed me water, chocolate and toilet paper!! . And if i tried searching from categories, the filter feature is useless. Not detailed at all and is only available for certain categories, Not every category in the app. I tried both searching for products in Arabic and in english. They’re both very bad. Still needs ALOT of improvement.

    Very fast delivery and excellent experience
  • Useless

    As useless as it can get. Needs to be rebuilt.
  • Most of the items canceled with no notification

    The order delivery was on time however,out of 32 items , 12 were canceled and I didn’t get any notification before hand, trying to call costumer service with no response. I don’t recommend using the app.

  • Not recommended

    1- they withdraw the whole amount $$ and they only bring 50% of the groceries(lately)
    2- the refund for the unavailable groceries takes 7 days.
    3-they have committed mistakes like bringing me double the amount of groceries, then they charged me for it, yet I didn’t order it.
    4- every complaint I reported was not solved.

    Because our location is out of there delivery system the app not allow us to check the store.
  • Need to improve!

    I don’t usually don’t write negative reviews but this one deserves it. Not only this time I have most of the items missing the Tide pods that I ordered two quantity of only one was delivered. And when I opened the pack I only found 11 pods(15 pod pack). I won’t be ordering from them again ever.
    Every time I order I have missing items. Why would you list the item and then charge me and after deliver I find out most of the items I ordered are not available!

    Don’t waste your time here. If you shopped here for sr 500 they will send you only for 200 if you contact customer service they never help.
