تطبيق سئ bad app
تطبيق جداً سئ ولا يستحق نجمه واحدة اتمنى تعديله ليتيح المجال لكل الزبائن بالاطلاع على الاسعار سواءً ضمن نظاق الخدمة أو لا.

Lousy customer service
Unfortunately placing order online was a nightmare, and in top of that their customer service is worthless.Scarcizz
No order and no response on their support/ service
The app freezes a lot and then when my order never arrived there is no response on their support tab and their customer support number so they took the money for the order and will not give me the order or tell me why it never cameBay1810

Great App but service depends on store
One of the best online supermarket apps ever. Excellent to use, easy to search and finding by brand is unbelievably fantastic. Unfortunately the actual collection and delivery depends on the store. I tried three around Khobar. The first actually called and commenced shopping, submitted substitutes and delivered on time. But I can’t make them my default so I had to change. The other two were pathetic(Rakha & Rayan). Average was a 5 days from order to delivery. They scale back the time to days from minutes and one experience was so horrific, it took the head office to have them start shopping and they wanted to deliver at midnight ! The shopper couldn’t care that I had work in 6 hrs. They seemed angry I complained. Even the driver was unpunctual and kept me waiting for more than one hour. So great application but after +20 years as a customer, no more shopping at Panda for me or family. COVID showed me which companies really care.dr4a

Bad service, bad app and everything. I’m assuming all the good reviews are by you or someone you paid. There’re lots of different service and service providers, you could’ve chosen better, or at least have minimum quality requirements for your product considering that you’re a known company.Heba.k

Very Bad App And management
WARNING, DON'T USE IT, THE APP IS NOT GOOD WITH IPHONE and it is not effective in general , NO TRACKING SYSTEM FOR Drivers!!!, you should call the managers several times to know where is your order!!, Delaying too much and don't respect delivery time, very Bad companyAbo hamza ziadeh
