Kind of pointless
I’m struggling to find the point of this app, offers a fraction of the functionality of the web interface, and the one useful feature that is app specific, notifications, it doesn’t have. Also the app has crashed on me while attempting to log in. Perhaps the developers could have a look at Planning Centre and copy some of their ideas?
Well I’m back a year later, and the app still flakes out. Currently doing another delete/install dance to see if it will let me log in again. Spoiler alert, it doesn’t.
“Your session has expired, please log in again” and then “an error occurred!” And back to the log in screen to continue the endless circle of futility.

COULDN’T EVEN LOG IN
The same details that worked on my Mac and iPhone wouldn’t allow me to log in on my iPad. I got the message that neither the URL nor my email address could be found. Ridiculous.MrRi
Great volunteer rostering tool
This app is fantastic as a volunteer as it allows me to view my rosters and communicate with my musicians for upcoming events. It’s basic in what it does functionally but from a volunteer musician’s perspective it provides me with the necessary tools I need.SJ-SBach
Elvanto is essentially unusable
Elvanto is consistently a challenge for people from our team to login their first time. The dashboards are not intuitive, and I can rarely find what I’m looking for. Literally every interaction with Elvanto is a frustrating experience.
I’d love to see Elvanto do some user research and hire a few interaction designers, because many of the problems seem so basic/obvious.Show lessMears Family
App lacks significant features
The app works ok and doesn’t crash, but it also doesn’t really do anything of significance other then letting you view a service you are scheduled for.
No planning, editing, contacting volunteers, etc.

Improved
Better than it used to be. Sound now works. It still doesn’t have administrator and will sometimes forget your login. Needs the login through Facebook option the website has so it can be just one tap. But other than that it alright.Dick shin hairy
Lost its convenience
My phone no longer remembers its login details so I have to type in the URL, username, and password. I may as well be using the website - at least then I can bookmark the URL...fruitlover12231

Can’t see song list for an event anymore since the last update??
I loved the app and it worked perfectly but since the last update you can’t see the chosen songs anymore. It make the whole app pretty useless in a band setting.Ray 94
