Amazing

When this comes to Oculus Quest it will be revolutionary.

Response from developer

Hi Mat911. What a great revolution that would be! For now lets hope Apple comes out with goggles soon. Ken

Suggested feature

Really cool app! The AR feature is what I’ve been looking for. Would it be possible to have a feature to connect different groups in the mind map together? Also, to draw connection between nodes in different groups? Also, do the connections show up in the AR feature?

Response from developer

Hi 10theengineer, Absolutely that's the plan for the AR feature! I'm glad you brought it up. Perhaps email me via support and we can go from there! And thanks for the fabulous review!

Privacy

It is really a shame that there does not appear to be any privacy on the app. The app appears to be great, but when you freely admit that you are going to market our information is a detracting factor. Seems that with a paid app you would have more say. Sorry it really looked like a gray program.

Response from developer

Hi Kojak, Thanks for reminding us to relook at the privacy policy statement. To clarify, we do not use the data you store in Inclr for anything. The data is stored locally on your iPhone first. The syncing engine is powered by iCloud, and we do not have any access nor any other server outside of iCloud. So rest assured your data is completely 100% private, free or paid. As an iCloud user, developers do not even have access to your personal email or details. I hope this explanation ill alleviate any concerns. There is a support email if you would like more information. (The privacy policy has since be updated)

for me the best ToDo List ever

If you are bored from standard listing ToDo because you’re a visual creative mind - here you are! Flexible and easy to handle. Perfect for sorting an overloaded mind and create an efficient ToDo out of your thoughts. The graphics did the rest for me that I like it so much ❤️

Hi RaphaSh, Thank you tremendously for your amazing review. I really can't thank you enough. So happy we have helped you in your creative journey. I hope we can continue this journey together and I can make sure the improvements honour this. Ken (founder)

Looks so good, but Exasperating.

The default search engine is google, one of the demo's shows a nice "news hub", but I can't reproduce that with my own news links. Is it RSS or web browser? Getting out of the node is more "hunt and peck, hope you jab the right button - type of thing".

It looks to have so much promise, but there is a very steep (and lots of lost time), to shoehorn yourself into its system.

I must be a masochist, I purchased a yearly subscription - nothing works. Can't find a way to duplicate the good visuals that the "example things", look like.

The paid subscription doesn't show, as for mind mapping .....again exciting idea ....but how that happens ... who knows.

It has so much promise as an idea, that's why I thought I would persevere.....the exasperation hasn't lifted at all.

I have persevered and now find the app indispensable. The mind mapping feature is still a bit of a mystery, but everything else is great. A search function would be handy as inclrs do multiply.

Hi akba61, Thank you so much for persevering with Inclr. It is amazing you have found it indispensible. As we continue to make improvements I hope some of the previous issues will alleviate. The search function is also in development. Thanks again! Yours, Ken

Love it!

What I like about Inclr, in no particular order:
I love the visual aspect - I have ready access to multiple Inclrs from one screen on my iPad and can drill down from there - a lot of information fits nicely into a relatively small screen without feeling cramped or lost from sight.
It is easy to give each Inclr and each node within an Inclr a visual personality.
I love how the nodes ‘orbit’ the Inclr - again lots of information readily available without feeling cramped for lost from sight.
I love all the different types of objects that can fit into any given node, and how each type of object is designed for a particular use - notes, sketches, photos, website links, etc, etc. - and so works really well for that use. There is no need to try to force all things into the form of a written page.
I have used all kinds of things for digital note taking and journaling from OmniOutliner to Microsoft One Note, and all sorts of things in between. Inclr is the most effective tool of them all. You’ve made it easy for me to capture my projects, ideas, reference points, checklists, etc. quickly without the tool getting in the way, and the organization keeps it all readily at hand and easily found.

For the first time, I actually prefer my digital journal over my scattered paper journals.

Hopeful!

I am hopeful that a new update is going to make this promising app a lot more responsive because right now some of the menu links are less than 10% responsive !!?? On an iPhone X the upper right corner menus simply don’t respond more than once in a while, making the user experience really annoying !

Furthermore : the app description talks about a monthly charge and after I gave my personal info there is still no mentioning how much they are going to charge me?????
I did activate the month free trial but is that mean I am going to get charged an $X amount automatically ???
Guys in Hong Kong! We don’t do business like this in America!

The app is slick and might just be what I am looking for but you need to make it responsive for people with larger fingers and you surely have to declare ahead how much money you are asking for!
And while an ongoing charge makes sense to your needs; it is unlikely that an app like this warrant a subscription based model since you are not providing an ongoing content..!! ???

I’d pay for a fixed app because it looks promising but cannot see me paying an ongoing fee regardless how low that might be

Hi ZsoltVZs, I apologise for the responsive menu for iPhone X. I have just had a look and indeed there is an error in the UI. My sincere apologies as it has slipped under our radar. I will make an update immediately. As for the subscription, you will NOT be charged after the trial ends. When the trial ends, you will be asked if you want to make the purchase. If you decline, then nothing will be charged and you still get to keep your existing data and using the app, but with limitations. I have since changed the alert message to include the US pricing. Thanks for the feedback on the fixed pricing. We will review this pricing also. Cheers. Ken

Unique but

Unique and interesting concept and interface with a lot of bells and whistles. Could use some work though. Adding photos as node icons offsets the picture funny. Using a photo for the board icon is funky since it expands it out across the whole screen. And not the most user friendly interface.

ALSO, before you buy the paid version note that it’s not $2.49 - it’s $2.49 a month. It should be listed as a subscription in the app’s description here in the App Store which it isn’t. I can see folks not realizing that and paying.

All in all a nifty app but I personally am not into it enough to pay every month.

Hi Bechov, I am sorry that Inclr didn't suit your needs. I have taken on board your comment and changed the in-app purchase description to say "Subscription". We are constantly working on improving the user interface, so any specific comments on usability we tend to address immediately. We would love to hear any tips you may have. Cheers. Ken

Interesting Concept!

This flashy new app takes a somewhat fresh approach to notebook keeping. A bold graphical interface of circles which form hubs or 'clusters' of disparate digital information (hence the name, an abbreviation of Information Cluster). With the disappearance of browsers incorporating notetaking, Inclr fills a gap for research-based writing. Notwithstanding its less-than memorable name, here's hoping Inclr builds a loyal audience so that the product stays around long enough to justify committing notes into it!

Hey Stevearcher. Thanks for the wonderful review. I'll take note of the memorable name comment :). And don't worry, Inclr won't disappear, ever. It's become my life mission. We even patented the system! So use it as you wish. :).

Game changing App highly recommended

You must ry this app! It's a game-changer in the way it makes it possible to get through your day online. Inclr is a rich and multifaceted app with an elegant approach to centralising, accessing and composing all your information on your devices.

If you are a person who likes to be organised, Inclr's intuitive visuals will have you waving a happy goodbye to your bookmarks especially. It will revolutionise the way we work, research and make use of the vast amounts of information we deal with daily.

Delivering the above is no mean feat in itself but I think Inclr has a Super Developer behind the wheel! This is the best support I've ever encountered for an app. They are so responsive and on the ball. That in fact every suggestion I have made to the developer has been implemented almost immediately. This is unheard of.

Try this app now and see how a single app can change the way you work with and enjoy your mobile device. 🙌🏻
