Light will not pair
Unfortunately, the light and app will not pair. Problem with light, with app or? Disappointing having paid a significant amount for this product.
Cannot open app
Every time I open app it immediately crashes. I have restarted phone and reinstalled multiple times with no luck
App no longer works
I’m guessing based on last updates that this app no longer works as whenever I try to connect to my NAO+ the app just crashes. Shame as I was really wanting to turn off the red light and this seems the only way to
Abandoned app?
No longer works at all. Asks for Bluetooth permissions, but then crashes a few seconds later (iPhone 14 pro max).
IOS 18 Compatibility
The app crashes on IOS 18 and I can’t change my light settings.
Removed app, Disgrace
Why have they removed this app? My £130 light is useless without it. Not happy

The petzl headlamp is amazing. The app is just okay. Definitely good features. Organization feels like it could be different or more intuitive. That’s not really an issue. However, the fact that when in Bluetooth mode the app doesn’t just stay connected to the headlamp is frustrating. When turning the headlamp on it connects without any issues. But when I put my phone in my pocket and come back to the app to make an adjustment then it no longer sees the headlamp and I have to turn the headlamp off and on again. Minor issue. But could be major if I were to get injured and needed to quickly and easily use the SOS feature. Not sure if there is a fix to this or if it’s a limitation of Bluetooth technology. But it if there was it would be a game changer in regards to ease of use.

Any updates to anything for this headlamp?
Very disappointing
I spent hours trying to connect my phone (iphone 12) to the app by bluetooth. It repeatedly did not work. I tried following the help section advice but it did not solve my problem. I also tried my old phone but that did not work either. So i have a very expensive lamp that it is impossible to use as i cant adjust anything without the app. Very frustrating.

Frustrating App
The headlamp itself is awesome. The app S#@KS! It is challenging to pair. If you happen to have the app on 2 devices it won’t pair. They haven’t updated the app in years.
