Refuses to see NAO+ in iOS 14
Tried forgetting headtorch on phone and various combinations of cycling power/Bluetooth but still can't get the app to see my head torch. It did work fine before so I guess iOS 14 must have introduced a bug so I can't get the rear light working or change profile.
Works fine on iPhone X
I use this app to check my headlamp battery. Works fine on the iPhone X.
PETZL Reactik headlamp
Dependable and powerful lighting as promoted. Too many times have I purchased an outdoors product with expectations from advertisement capability, just to be let down. Cost is affordable for quality of purchase. Thought had problem with battery, contacted customer service, same day reply and with just a couple communications the rep had me back up and running. Was simple human error(mine). Am an outdoors recreation and hunting guide. Clearly lighting is of UTMOST necessity. Recommend PETZL to all fellow colleagues. In my circle of ppl in same industry are almost all using PETZL with satisfaction on professional level. CANNOT operate without lighting. No room for error/malfunction in real time operations in deep country. Therefore PETZL is my go-to equipment of choice. Confidently recommend to all, for personal and professional use. Does not work with iphone 11
Worked with my old phones. Alas, no more. C’mon guys...
Won’t Connect
Seems pretty worthless on my iPhone 11. Doesn’t work at all. I also have a Pixel 4 and it works ok. I know you say that it now works with this phone, but that is not my experience.

Hello, the app version is compatible with all iPhones. Please forget the headlamp from your iPhone general bluetooth and restart the pairing process through the app. Best regards
Love this app but.....
Would be sooooo useful to have an Apple Watch app. I don’t take my phone running now I have Apple Watch cellular but a watch based battery level indicator for the petzl would be very reassuring.

Works well when it works. A bit clunky and not at all intuitive
Just doesn’t work
I own a Nao + lamp and it is the best I’ve owned but if you are deciding to purchase this lamp on the strength of the app do not bother!
The app does not connect to the lamp, it may say it’s available but it won’t connect? Numerous reloads etc don’t work?
If you think it through the app is a gimmick as why would you bother getting your phone out to adjust your phone etc when you are in the pitch dark on a Welsh Mountain plus the lamp adjusts itself anyway??

Wound not recommend
Cannot get nao+ to connect to my phone so I can change settings. Very disappointed in this product. Why does it not have a button?

Would be amazing if compatible with Apple Watch
Imagine being able to set the brightness through the watch rather than in the dark on your phone on a hike/bike/tour/bicycle. And being able to initiate the Morse function directly from the watch as well - maybe even in conjunction with the “Hard Fall” watch protocol.
