Things that could improve the app
- the design of the app is dull
- be able to listen to it as an audio and video too
- combine para pass , add more exercises so people can learn eg fun games

Annoying to use
However whenever I need to read the tables I constantly have to scroll left and right across the page as they’re not optimised for the screen size. Can you alter the tables so only up/down scrolling is needed to read more information?
I am using the most updated version of the app on an IPhone X with the most recent software update.

Hi jaxon03!, sorry to hear you feel that way. The cost of the annual iCPG subscription of £19.99 has not increased since 2016. However the amount of content has increased significantly over these past three years and the iCPG app now provides much more content than when it was originally available in 2016. The annual price of the iCPG subscription has therefore been increased to reflect the continually updated content of the app which we feel is more than justified due to the volume and detail of the content we now provide. We are always working on new ways to develop our app to provide the best possible experience for our users so we always welcome any feedback you might have.

Hi Lizza, thanks for your review and sorry you've had trouble finding specific items on the app. We're currently improving the search term abilities so this should be addressed soon! In the meantime, if you do want to cancel your subscription, you can do so by following the steps below: 1. Open the Settings on your Apple Device 2. Scroll down to iTunes & App Store 3. Tap on your Apple ID/email address 4. Tap View Apple ID, then enter your Touch ID or password 5. From the Account Settings page, scroll down and tap “Subscriptions” 6. Choose your iCPG Subscription 7. Tap “Cancel Subscription”. Then tap “Confirm” on the “Confirm Cancellation” pop-up.
