The upgrade is upsetting. Tracking is not as easy as before. I do miss the way the app use to be set up. Looking forward to rejoining after it is fixed or corrected.

  • Disappointing Update

I really enjoyed the app before the update. It would not load for a couple of weeks after the update, it stayed stuck on the “setting up” screen.

Now that I can finally access it, it’s completely different. I preferred the simplicity of the original version, without all the extra questions, “scores”, motivational pictures, etc. I’ve used this app for over a year, but unfortunately I will be looking for a different one.

  • Poor update and resulting inaccuracies

Since the recent update, the app neither tracks my current streak nor my best streak correctly. Is it possible to downgrade to a working version? This now pretty much defeats the main purpose of the app. If you cannot do the basics right, then you should not focus on all that other stuff they added.

  • Not a fan of the upgrade

I really enjoyed the app. It challenged me to beat previous streaks when I was having trouble staying on track. It forced me to examine what I was doing wrong and modify my approach to my drinking habits/ behavior. With the update, my current streak has been wiped out and now it won’t track unless I struggled to resist temptation instead of applauding my changed habits and behavior. It’s a bit deflating to see that I only got a C+ if this were a test for having an easy day of not drinking. I’ll probably move away from the app and find something more rewarding of my changed behaviors. Thanks for the ride thus far. I think I was 150 days sober but you cleared my progress and so I can’t tell.

  • Bugs

Since the “upgrade,” every time the app opens, it automatically launches the access settings screen. It also doesn’t remember previous settings (month view vs week view for example). Much preferred the previous version

  • Sad about the Update

This app was so great and I used for years before this new update. It was easy to track and see progress without requiring a lot of time or questions. I would credit it as greatly reducing my drinking.
Now it’s a lot like all the other apps and doesn’t really serve me, which is sad they did this during Dry January. All of my friends removed it and we found another app that’s similar but not as good called Sober January.
Anyway, RIP Dry Days. You were really great.

  • Since update

I’ve used this app for several years and was able to update it to the new version which looked great but now I can’t log in and the report an issue link said it wasn’t valid. Not trying to leave a negative review , just trying to reach out for some support !

  • I lost 3 years of data with app update!

Due too all the updates and changes this app recently had…it caused me to lose my entire 3 years of data. Tonight I went in to log my dry day and app refused to load which made me install the updates. I’m so upset that my 3 years of data is totally gone. Do not recommend if you care about your data!

  • Love! But…

I love this app! Just wish there is a way to turn off the how you feel today question after every single day u track. It’s quite annoying. Couldn’t find somewhere to make that suggestion in the app. Thanks!
  • Issue

Using this app is a great motivation to stay dry. However, I missed a day in August… I stayed dry all 31 days of Aug… but forgot to add to my journey on 31 August. Once I crossed into September, I can’t go back to add my progress on 31 August… can someone please tell me how to amend my progress? Thank you!
