This is the kind of app that has made the App Store a great tool for scamming users.
After you buy the app, you open it and click add computer. It takes you a page that says you need to download help software. You click the link, and it goes in circles back to the page with the link and trying to sell you other more software.
Manually going to the site, I finally found a menu with 10 links that looked promising, with titles like “The computer software, for mobile software applications. You select any like and it sends you page with links to vendors from Amazon to Target to Just Answers.
Is this why the app only costs .99? The
Why does description imply that you rcan access other computers on your network from your iPad directly?
This kind of experience represents the worst of internet commerce today. Excepting Amazon Prime, and especially e-bay stores, it’s all clicks.
I started using the Internet in 1999 when the emphasis was on information sharing, and communication.
Now, like this app, it’s about even purchased apps filled with advertisements and tricks in free apps that say, “if you want that feature you need to buy the “pro” version.
