The cinema is lovely-the app is terrible
Nowadays, it is rare to encounter an app that sends you to so many loops before you actually get to select and pay for your tickets. Though the latter has become more streamlined with the addition of Apple Pay and the likes.
Once paid, tickets do not show up in my Focal Point wallet, where they ought to - logically - why else have that function?
All in all, an app that is a tad frustrating.

Wonka and Dinner
My wife and I celebrated our 46th wedding anniversary with a movie meal combo. We watched our movie early, then emerged to enjoy dinner together. The movie, Wonka, was most enjoyable and our dinner superb! The vegetarian meal was delightful with bursts of flavour and excellent presentation. The Thai beef salad was also very good. The staff add to the experience with efficient and amiable service. Altogether a great evening!

Gold Card
Booking with App is easy but unable to add Gold Card to Wallet- this function doesn’t appear to work having tried several times.
Clunky to use
App is clunky to use. Didn’t proceed through to payment after trying twice, then when it did the third time it booked the wrong day. Needs work I think.
