Remote
I would rate it higher, but mine has the remote with the headset. So, I have never gotten the remote to even turn on. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have tried almost every brand of AAA batteries and still nothing. It makes it really hard to have to constantly open up the viewer when I need to click on things, such as…. Enter. I wish there was a fix for it, my expectation of getting much assistance is low at this point because I know there will be an excuse on how it cannot be fixed or even replaced. Sorry guys, one star is really squeezing out of my pocket.
