Please fix the app
This app used to work and now doesn’t. Every time there is a meet weekend, it stops working- doesn’t load anything. It generally starts working during the week. 2 of our meets this year didn’t even get loaded in the app at all. When this app works it is convenient to be able to look up athletes by favorites, meet, gym etc but endless frustrations that is does not actually work when you need it. Never works
This app no longer works. I’ve offloaded it, deleted and reinstalled it, and reset everything.
When I first downloaded it several years ago, it was so helpful to see the scores in real time. Now, all I ever see is a “Loading…” screen which eventually changes to an error screen. It is much a disappointment.
You cannot count on this app. It is clear that no development has gone into improving it.
USA Gymnastics is going downhill fast, and regardless of what the flurry of emails they sent out out after their attempt to salvage their image following their connections to the Larry Nassar trauma stated, they are not interested in communicating with families and fans.
This is something positive they could fix to improve their image, but instead they ignore it and continue to ignore the people who support their organization in the hope that they can improve.Show lessQuiltGuppy
Can’t handle the traffic
The app only works intermittently on off-days, when there are no meets going on. It’s absolutely impossible to see a score on the day of a meet, much less soon after the scores were entered. Any developer should be able to plan to handle the appropriate amount of traffic, and this one has not. I will begin working with my local clubs to find another way to report scores, as this is completely unworkable.Show lessiambeeper
Truly Worthless
This app used to work up to about 3 years ago, but it’s gotten progressively worse and more frustrating. It fails to load either remotely or while at the event. So far this year, I’ve been able to see one score from a possible 6 meet events. Horrible app
Without a doubt, this is a horrible app. Many times it won’t come up without crashing again. Them, when it does pull up, hardly ever loads, just sits and spins. Then, on the rare occasions when it finally loads, after multiple delays as you try to get to the right screen, the scores don’t update. Defeats the purpose
I thought the point of this app was to monitor our child during competitions. Day one of competitions and this app shuts down and every tab is a blank page and never loads or

App is TRASH
I’ve had this app on my phone for two years and nothing ever loads. You literally have to be at home and using your Wi-Fi not your cellular data but your Wi-Fi for it to even kind of load and once it loads it kicks you out then you have to start the process all over again my athletes tab never works and they have scores from four years ago. How about let’s get 2024, 2023 scores this app needs to be updated or thrown away.Show lessjustme508
Cannot get App to load & it kicks me out often
I’m not sure why this app has become worse. Last year, I could track my daughter’s scores within minutes of them posting. This year it takes forever to load (if it loads at all) and then it abruptly closes when I try to do anything. Why have an app if it doesn’t work? Frustrating.xxsxzsx
Great…when it works
This app is great…when it works. Sadly, it doesn’t work more often than it does. This season I’ve noticed the app usually freezes all weekend. This obviously inconvenient when you’re trying to check scores in real time. If I were USAG, I would be embarrassed to have such a poor app with my name attached to it. Hardly ever actually works
I love the idea of this app, but when I say it hardly ever works, I mean it has only worked like a handful of times ever for me in the last three years. It just loads forever and then gives an error message. I wish they would fix it because it would be amazing if it did work the way it was supposed to.
