This app will update like 5 hours after a meet. They definitely need to upgrade their server to handle more traffic. If we are trying to get scores live at a meet, the app freezes and even shuts itself down frequently. It would be a fantastic app if it actually worked like it should.A Gymnast’s Mom
Unreliable
Pros: when it works, I love that we can see all her scores from previous years and follow her friends and rivals.
Cons:
1. Hasn’t worked in over 2 weeks. Won’t load, just constantly says loading, even after deleting and reinstalling.
2. Scores don’t ever load during the meets, you have to wait sometimes up-to a day or two, currently over 2 weeks.Show lessUberMomof3
Won’t load pages
I can open the app, but nothing else, each tab just says ‘loading’ and just spins. Nothing ever loads. Imagine if they actually had decent engineers that actually know about scale and can develop a decent app. It’s ridiculous this app is even available. Should be removed from the App Store till they can develop a fully functioning app.Show lessKristina72913
Never loads
Every time I have tried to use this app, it doesn’t load anywhere. It never shows the “my athletes” screen, and I can’t ever see the meets or scores. When the app works, it is good, but it would be better if we could see scores in real time. Sometimes the app kicks me out for no reason.Astrolover10
Usagym, please read this
I love this app a lot. I’m a gymnast myself, and I really like the app to see how I do and my progress. I also like to see how all of my teammates do in competitions too. But usually all the time, I can’t get the app to load. Sometimes it’ll kick me out, won’t load right, and sometimes it’ll tell me the scores but it won’t tell me the event—Vault(VT), Bars(UB), Beam(BB), Floor(FX)— that the score is for. It’s probably in Olympic order, but it still won’t load right. Sometimes it won’t show any of the “my athletes”. Please fix this error Usagym. And yes, I’m sure it’s not the internet. The app is just as bad as the website
I don’t understand what is going on; but last year I was able to check my athlete’s score In almost real time. This year I can almost never get the app to load, even the “my athletes page” to check scores from previous meets. There is no point in checking my USAGYM’s website or app if they never work….I'm not sure if you need to update your server or if something else needs to be adjusted, but some changes need to be made in order for this to be a useful tool….Show lessHillary B. +3
Worst user experience.
This app is useless, especially when at a meet and the host gym decides not to flash scores. You’re left waiting until the very end of the meet to see how your child did. I know watching scores is not relevant to their overall development, but without this technology I’d at least know what score they got on each event during the meet.Show less312steve
Needs update
The app is amazing when it works. But it seems to go down every single weekend when all the meets are happening, which is the time you actually use this app the most. Please update the app so it works! I would be happy to even pay a small fee for a subscription if I knew it was going to work consistently.Show lessJJ*10
App is down more than working
It seems as if this app never works! Errors loading up meets or errors to see results. It erased all my daughter’s teammates that I was following on the app. No customer service number or email to connect with. I’d pay $5 a month if I could be guaranteed consistent and reliable service. When this app isn’t working and meetscoresonline isn’t working, you are out of luck as a parent and as a cheerleader for your team.
You’d think by now the “bugs” in this program would be fixed by now. Looking at comments, this is a known and ongoing issue, so why can’t they fix this app!!Show lesscrabby2009
When the app is down, it takes way too long to come back
The app has been down all day and has made it difficult to do anything. It was very spotty yesterday as well. There never seems to be a fix for this. If my meet scores was more reliable, I’d just follow my daughter and her team on that app instead.
