Banned For No Reason
I was truly enjoying this app and had made friends from it—but my account was randomly terminated. I never engaged in anything against the guidelines (no perversion, no using someone else’s pictures, etc.,) and was never even rude to anyone on the app. I hoped it was a glitch and tried to make another account, only for that account to again be banned in seconds.
I want to like this app, but it’s very difficult when I have been wrongly banned and can’t even make another account. I don’t know if I can support an app where you can be banned at random without doing anything wrong. It was nice while it lasted, I guess. I’m just extremely disappointed.Show lessnaothankyou

Some very weird people on here. Lots of perverts. Despite writing PENPAL in my description, the perverts manage to skip past and ask for ridiculous things lol. Annoying on a scale of 1-10 would be about 8. Also, not many people match you or continue the conversation after saying ‘Hi’ and tends to die down after a few days/once you exchange social media.Show less19207479367

This app has usually been working pretty well, but suddenly tonight it asked me for my birthday and when I entered it and went to see my chats, all my previous chats were gone, despite seeing the notifications on my phone. I exited out of the app but now when I try to go back in, it asks for my birthday again, but now will not accept the “change” to my birthday. Now I can’t get in at all and I’m worried that I’ve lost all my previous chats.Show lessJackie_4984

So I have liked this app so far, but once I start actually making friends and talking to people, the app lags!
My notifications will show a message come through but the message won’t show in the app for 2-5 minutes? How am I supposed to make friends and keep them if this keeps happening?
If the lagging stopped and the perverts were sorted out before they had a chance to create an account, then I would give this app 5 stars.Show lessi hate pizza now
Mostly fake profiles
The app itself could be so good but unfortunately most of the “Koreans “are fake and catfish...people steal pics from Instagram and pretend they are Koreans I caught more than 10 already and reported even tho I want to learn korean I kept getting friendship requests from morroco Yemen India etc people that clearly couldn’t teach korean ... they will ask you for other forms of communication like email insta Facebook WhatsApp to get your email and number so than they can scam you somehow be aware!
People profiles should be verified by pictures they post and real face recognition that other apps do .
Other profiles clearly are from pervs and they state it on their profiles and they should be verified and banned before posting stuff !Show lessNeodragon76

I've had the app for quite awhile now, it's just recently the app won't let me in. I get stopped while it's loading and wants me to enter my birth date. As I do, I click accept and it keeps saying I can't enter that birth date since it's not valid. I've tried restarting the app and deleting it and looking back in but nothing works. I'm not the only one though. My friends have also faced this problem yet they got in easily. Please fix this problem. Thank you.Show lesskealead

Hello, recently I had an account and while logging it keeps freezing and saying service Error so I decided to log out and put a new password in and once I did that it says type in birthday which I have done already but then again it keeps saying it so I try it again and it won’t log me into my account I try again and still it is not working and it keeps saying service Error it has been like this all day I want this issue to be fixed quickly so I am able to log into my account please!Show lessLo_love3
The idea is 5 stars
I was excited when I found this app. It’s what I thought I was looking for. However, I was soon disappointed. Not really in the app, not really in the idea. All of that was great, however when I started receiving notifications of people wanting to talk, I was disappointed when over 10 people later plus, not a single one of them was not spam. Every single person I got notified wanted to talk to me ended up sending a message with a link to some sex site. Yes, every single contact I had was Spam. If there was a way to rid that it would be perfect.
But until then I’m not gonna spend money to get jewels or whatever it was that you need to connect to people cause I it be a waste of money sadly. I hope others have better luck then I did with this app!Show lessKeith2282
