For U.S costumers
They sent me the wrong size and won’t give free returns for U.S costumers even if it’s been before 28 days. They hardly respond and won’t answer on refunds. Never again lolAr_mi909
Non-functional
95% I wanted to look up a specific item the page would not load. The other 5% of the time I was able to add the item to my bag and begin checking out, it would fail and be unable to process my payment. Absolutely the most frustrating app I’ve ever used.cg09876
Is there US shipping or not?!
Every time I try to check out on a release it makes me jump through a million hoops to try and get it shipped to the US and eventually it just says ‘out of stock’ and I have to remove it from my basket. App doesn’t work
I’m not sure what the issue is but this app has not worked for over a year now. I ordered something from them before but now don’t even get the chance. Not a reliable app
App crashes, rarely works. The website isn’t much better. Website redirect you to download the app, every time you click on a shoe especially a popular shoe, you get a message saying the site is down, try again later.Loch Nez

Horrible app
Nice strategy by restocking limited sneakers at random times. App can’t handle the demand and it cannot checkout under those circumstances. It allows you to cart items not in stock, very misleading. Do not even download.isaach0wl
