  • Name is terrible

    I’ve had this app for years and just decided to delete it. I travel a lot and had this app was in my Travel folder with my other hotel apps. When I need to book a hotel, I look to see what’s near my destination then open my Travel folder. I look at all the apps with the hotel names and see Strawberry. What hotels did that cover again? I don’t remember and I’m tired of checking. It’s not intuitive and there’s no good reason for that.

    Since this changed from airbnb to starwberry, I cannot search not do my previous stays are visible. At current state this is useless. iPhone 13. Deleted and reinstalled, still not working.

  • Sign up does not work

    You enter a whole load of details then it tells you your account cannot be created as the phone number is already registered with them, but gives zero opportunity to reset or correct this. So I am left unable to register and unable to login (as I do not in fact already have an account). No contact details for who can solve this are provided.

  • Please try again later

    After many app updates, still unable to login using the app on my iPhone or my iPad. Always says “please try again later”. Same login credentials work just fine on the web. What’s up Strawberry?

  • Such a bad app. Full of bugs

    Have been a long time customer and app user. Needed to book a hotel room today. Impossible to load the app. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Still get same error message “Something went wrong. Please try again. It problem persists please contact customer service”. Seriously? Please fix the darn problem.

  • App still not working

    I keep finishing the form only to be told my post code isn’t in the right format and the app takes me back to the previous page. I go through the whole process again only to be told again!!….. My Post Bloody Code Isn’t Right!!! I’m afraid my patience has gone and I’m going to leave this app as I’d rather have my sanity. I only came across this website as I received an email confirming my stay??? I certainly did not sign up for this room and was told in the email you would charge me using my card details on my departure. I have spoken with my bank about this fraudulent transaction as I did not authorise this! WATH Omg I’m trying to rate you zero but I’m not allowed-hence the 1 bloody star!
