What is wrong with this app ? I redownloaded it 3 times I can not open it ??
App won’t work!!
I am always at Pelican. App worked beautifully initially but for years now it won’t let me open. Tried everything!! So frustrating. Now that there’s more car washes opening up in the area I may need to give them a try. PLEASE FIX/UPDATE your app Pelican.
Could Be More Useful
I love PP Car Wash services, but it would be helpful if you could pay for washes through the app. I’ve been to two locations whose credit card machines weren’t working and they asked for cash. Most businesses allow you to order and pay through the app.

What can you actually do with this app? If you can’t create or access your fast pass account what do you need an app for?
Reloading card
I wish you could reload your card through the app. I try to make it before the office closes. 4 stars because of that. The car wash itself does a great job for in between washes!!
