OK, excuse typos I’m gonna write this to speaks to text this used to be one of my favorite apps and desktop software combination by far when I say favorite the best chime app used to be so fast. It was so in sync and again was one of my favorite apps until Loty purchased the company this year and seem to somehow not only tank the software side but also the app very disappointed would give zero stars completely useless right now. I can’t even login trying to use the app not to mention. It’s just slow slow slow totally willing to update my review if you can increase it by at least 10 to 20 seconds refresh rate and I have to wait 30 seconds for the app in the screen to refresh and kick you out weekly.Show less6reTTs iFone
They do not have support
We have tried for over six months to get our team set up on Lofty with a web designer and it has been an absolute nightmare. They have zero support and take forever to get back to you. I am canceling my account and moving my CRM elsewhere.Ummmmk
Could be good, but updating data is slow as he..!
I’ve been a long time Chime user, or now, Lofty, the app has worked really well, until they updated to Lofty, now, it takes minutes to upload all the data every time you open it. And while it’s updating, the app is virtually unusable. They’ll be times where I need to call a client, but if I haven’t opened the app within the last couple hours, I may be sitting there waiting for five minutes to be able to do so, or even text them back.
