Can’t use robot vacuum anymore
Can’t connect to WiFi, can’t re-add the vaccum. Fails registration at 68%.

Keeps going off line not working again needs sorting Floureon thermostat doesn’t work with other apps so off to get a hive thermostat more expensive but more reliable than this
Ads added to the app
I paid for a profuct, and now the new update of the app has annoying ads. Why? I paid for a product with an app, I should not be seeing adverts at all.
What sort of practices are these? Imagine if you bought an iphone and every-time you open an app it forces you to watch an add for 5 seconds. What the hell is this!?

Nothing ever works!!
Not only are the appliances linked to this ap garbage (Tesvor robot vac), but the ap itself never works. Half the time it seems that the server has crashes. The rest of the time it doesn’t show data, or resets and you have to set everything. Every few months I completely give up… but then I optimistically hope they’ve fixed things only to be met with frustration and disappointment.

HELP PLEASE
I cannot connect my Tesvor S6
Everything goes smooth and it even connects to the WiFi because I can hear it saying “connected to the WiFi” however, on the next step, which is “ registering device into smart storage” it freezes and therefore never adds to device in the WeBack app. How do I fix this? Is there something wrong with the storage connected to this app?

Features and usability has gotten worse. Advertisements have been added.
This app has only gotten more frustrating to use since first purchasing a Tesvor smart vacuum. Room mapping is no longer available (which means I can’t remotely monitor the vacuum like before). Also, 5 second FORCED AD VIDEOS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO THE APP. I will not purchase a robot vacuum from this brand again.

I spent two hours to try to get it connected all I can say is it’s frustrating!
App got worse over time
This app used to work decently.
The mapping feature of the tesvor s6 never saved correctly and frequently got messed up. But now it doesn’t show the map at all, and you have to wait for ads when you open the app every time. What a poor product this is.

I have used this app for a few years to control 5 robot vacuums. I has for the most part worked very well. Today, all the robots disappeared from the app interface and I can not reconnect them. The app spins at syncing with the cloud and the connection fails. I’ve tried multiple times and resets.
Please check your server or find the problem. Also please add the contact button back in the app so I don’t have to report this on the app review.

App never shows square footage cleaned
Not sure if that’s not a feature on all models of the vacuum, but the cleaning area/cleaning time never update for me. They remain at zero. As others have said, “smart clean” is not very smart, as it will often miss my kitchen depending on the seemingly random way the vacuum starts and stops. That being said the app otherwise works fine as a remote to start and stop the vacuum, tell it to go charge, etc.
