I’m a property manager and spend a lot of time on this app programming codes. The user-interface is easy to navigate and generally intuitive.
That said, the app is painfully slow to respond. It fails to connect more than it works. Even with a connection, it will drop-out half way through with a lost connection. This means you might get the code programmed and give up programming date restrictions because it doesn’t work. The lag and failure to load waste a lot of time.
I’m at a point where I have had to phase these locks out because they cost so much money in time it’s cheaper to change to a new product.
Not app related, but the lock itself is poorly laid-out. Guest frequently fail to find the Ultraloq button below the keypad. I have recurrent questions about why the locks don’t work.
This app is simply too painfully slow. Connecting to wifi and boosting wifi does nothing to improve responsiveness.
