No customer support contacts! Default charges?

Really sorry to write a review here; my intention is for some one to get back to me as I haven’t been able to find any contacts on the app I downloaded on my iPhone. Being a novice designer I’ve downloaded the app to see what it was. Until this morning when I checked my bank account and found that it deducted an enormous 108 dollars from my account. Being from a third world country where this is my wage for 2 weeks I’m beyond surprised and am trying every possible means to get a refund for some
Thing I haven’t even used. I honestly feel the mistake or deception lies with the developer part behaves u would be very careful to or have to think through to make an app purchase. And to be real honest I don’t even know what this apps usages are. Maybe it’s a glitch! Please please please it’s my earnest request to look into the matter as urgently as possible as this amount means a lot lot to me.

Live Home 3D Pro is a paid app! Didn't you notice the price? We also have a free version here in the App Store. The free Live Home 3D has a red roof icon. All support contacts are on the App Store page, and you can also contact our support team directly via the "Send Feedback" option in the main menu -> Help. If you purchased an app by mistake, you can request a refund from the App Store. All payments/refunds are processed by the App Store.

Was great while it lasted

***UPDATE*** As you can read in the developers response, the issue will be fixed in a week. I guess I should’ve asked which week as it’s been two weeks, 6 weeks in total that this app has been unusable. So many promises and no fix, such a shame.

I have had this app for a few years and I never had any issues. I really loved using this app for many many projects. Recently there was an issue with changing the measurements and elevation of objects. When working properly all I had to due was keep my finger on the minus option and the object would continuously move until I lifted my finger. 4 weeks ago I discovered that was not working anymore. I contacted support and was given a generic response of “we are working on an update for the issue and we don’t know when it will be fixed” which is fine. I understand that these things take time but 4 weeks? I purchased the app and several packs and they are 100% unusable. I would have hoped for a quicker fix since ppl have paid to use this app. 4 weeks and counting with no fix just seems really crazy to me and very disappointing

Sorry for the delay with fixing the issue you refer to. Each release is a complex procedure that, besides fixing bugs, requires a lot of supporting activities. The update that fixes this problem should appear in the App Store by the end of May 2024.

We’re sorry for delay, any update with fixes takes time, we have to make sure any fixes don’t introduce any regressions. We’ve already fixed the autorepeat decrement stepper issue, the update will be released in a week and will include some other fixes and improvements as well.

Well done, thoughts on updates.

A very thought out program, but would be better with more detail like studs, trusses, structural beams. The ability to do separate storey elevation would be nice to. Could be better with footings and more detailed foundations. As far as decorating and rearranging a room it’s really good.

I love this app so much more than the other, because there’s so many more (Advanced/Professional) features and a new mode

Hello! This functionality is not supported, but thank you for the suggestion - we will consider it.

Better on Mac

Undo doesn’t work if editing Site. It jumps immediately to the Ground floor and then if you hit undo again all your work is lost. This is a major bug that just cost me an hour or work.

Also my Macbook Air is way less powerful than my iPad Pro yet I can do photorealistic renders on the Live Home 3D app. The iPad Pro chip is ideal for this. Please add rendering to the iPad Pro version.

Thank you for your feedback! As for rendering on iPad, it's difficult to do lack of corresponding libraries from Radeon, but as soon as we have the possibility, we will definitely do it. Regarding the Undo bug, we were not able to reproduce it internally, so please write to us at support@belightsoft.com so that we can ask you for additional info.

Does not work EVERY time there is an update……And can NOT purchase Extra Packs

Every time there is an update for a new version with my iPad, Whenever I go into my Library Materials folder through my iCloud, it always shows the loading symbol for a good minute and then kicks me out of the app. I always delete/uninstall the app then reinstall it and the same issue occurs. Now, the response I got back from the creators of the app before, had mentioned that it could be the materials I had saved from the 3D Warehouse could not be compatible with the new version. Now here is where I know that isn’t true and makes no sense because if that were true, then how come when I have to re-download the SAME version of the object I got through the 3dWarehouse downloads and allows me to open the tab with no problem. The Geek Squad has even mentioned it doesn’t make sense in that being the answer since I am able to re-download and no problem. So my hassle is having to no longer be able to use my saved projects ever again and feel forced in having to re-download the same stuff (each item) every time there is an update as well as re-create my creations. So therefore I will NOT be recommending this app anymore and some of my friends have already gone to other apps instead to help them in their business due to the same issues and similar reasons as to why ours react the same way with updates and it is a shame since I have spent money on all the extra packs and for this program. I have loved it for a couple years now and am just getting frustrated from the recent frustrations. I have the latest iPad Pro and have plenty of storage and GB. Not to mention I have reached out to Trimble 3d warehouse and turns out that they are not the issue. So I just feel I am getting the run around on the true meaning as to why this is an issue every time. IF there is a resolution please somebody help me. Geek squad has stated that more likely it sounded as though it was this app being more of the issue. I have tried EVERYTHING suggested though to do including contacting all who was recommended in contacting, including Apple. Thank you and this is just disappointing. :( AND Can Not Purchase Extra Materials/Packs One week ago I requested a refund on some of the extra materials packs because I accidentally purchased ones that I had not meant to that came with the last update version of this app (I do have the updated version of this app) and went through the App Store and as of 2 days ago, everything was refunded. I wanted to re-purchase some of the packs again and when I had tried to, the purchases status still showed ‘purchased’ and thinking I had to start anew or something, I un-installed and re-installed the app again and yet the status still states that. I had a few issues with the app not that long ago and sent in my review of this app last week and now this is another issue that I was told was the apps creators issue that needed to be fixed and wanted to see if that were true or not. I just noticed I was able to restore my purchases, does that mean I will be charged again with what I just got restored after receiving a refund on them two days ago? Because I understand and that is alright if so. Again, my iPad Pro is the latest one and the apps and iPad are all up to date with current versions. Never had this particular issue before but have suddenly fallen into it and am wanting to give this app another chance but no answers yet. I understand that you guys get a lot emails and so forth but if you could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. Also if I could hear back about a solution from the review before this with a resolution to that one as lol I would greatly appreciate as well.

Love the app but constant issues

I have been using this app for about two years on various projects. Recently, when using the app on my phone certain projects close on their own and when I try to reopen them, they do not and I get an error message. Have never seen this before.

Simple and easy

Have been using the Pro version on iPad for a few weeks now. The app is super simple to use and has the all basic objects/shapes to quickly design a house. Bit glitchy when 3D rendering. For the pro price the license should include a license for Mac version too!
