Exactly What I Needed
Perfect. No idea why, but my iPad duplicated around 1,100 photos. I hated the thought of individually deleting every single one of them, and this app saved the day! Better yet I didn’t have to pay for anything at all, whereas some similar apps would charge me to delete duplicate photos. Very impressed, I highly recommend this app.

Timesaver
I am not a techie. It took me awhile to figure out how to get the app to do the deleting. At first I manually deleted all of the first 200. Then I thought that this couldn’t be right. A machine ought to be able to do this. Like I said I am slow to catch on to tech issues. Once I figured it out with the right dot menu, oh yes, was it great! I was worried “select all” meant all pictures would be deleted not just duplicates. Not so. It went very fast. I am impressed!

This is a great app. Set scan and forget til it notifies you (I had almost 4,100 photos) then go through duplicates and similar and delete what you don’t want. Best of all it will not let you delete the original. Finally got rid of all those useless photos!

Amazingly easy and quick
Does what it says it does - easily.
Great simple app. Sorted over 4500 images in about 5 minutes. I read the newspaper on screen while it worked in the background. It found almost 1 GB of duplicates. Easy to review to check it’s correct, and easy to deselect any you want to keep duplicates of.

I felt like a big winner today when I stumpled upon this awesome app. Quick download and a total scan of my photo roll and compiled all my exact duplicates along with pics that are very similar in extremely short time. Easy methods for deleting makes it painless. I wish I could've found this app along time ago so I would've been able to free up iCloud storage. This comes with a recommendation to anyone that has as a sizeable amount of photos.

Scanning forever but eventually works
I have 4000 photos and the app tells me it will scan and asks me to minimise the app and come back later. But for more than 10 times when I opens the app again in half an hour it lost all progress and starts over again. Performance-wise it's slow in scanning compares to other products in the App Store. Other apps only take 1 minute this one took ages. However this is the only app that works without asking me to click zillions of ads.

Works well with minor issues
Gets the job done, but can take a while a while to scan if you have many photos. Must remain in focus and not let screen sleep whilst scanning, else must start again!
Absoulutley Brilliant
My iPhotos library is over 10yrs old and had in excess of 30,000 photos and lots of duplicates. I never got round to clearing them out as every time I tried I gave up as it was so laborious a task.
Ten years on with the advances in technology and I look for 4* Plus reviews across Google and decide that Remo has the best reviews. However reviews are one thing what is the actual real world experience?
I have to say it is remarkably good, scanned my Library as it is extremely large it took 35 minutes. But you can be getting on with other things as it will continue running in the background and notify you when it has your results.
It found hundreds in the Exact Match category and hundreds more in the similar category. You are presented with a Thumbnail view of each duplicate. I only looked at a few around 20 just out of curiosity and that it was doing what it says on the tin. Because if you were going to look at them all you may as well use the old way within iPhotos. There comes a time when you have to trust the app and go for its recommendations. So I did just that and deleted everything it recommends.
“ Wallah “ all done nice and clean saved loads of storage on my iPad and iCloud as it removes them from both. Took around an hour all told, but as I said during the hour I wasn’t sat waiting I was using my iPad.
So it’s 5 * from me. And a thumbs up to the developers.
