  • If I didn’t have to use this app I wouldn’t.

    Still does not support Dark Mode natively. Nothing like staring at a white screen for an hour while spending $15,000 twice a week.

    Other than that:
    It does what it’s supposed to do.
    Well kinda… there are lots of duplicate UPC and discontinued products. So really spending an hour to do an order that should only take 30 minutes is a bit ridiculous.

    I probably would not use revolutionary and/or fun to describe any of this application as seen in the description. Maybe one day but not today.

  • Request for make some update

    Using this core mark software is complete torture!!! Begging to developer to fix it. It dont wanna scan anything . Camera jump like pingpong ball at the time of scanning. Please

    The camera scanning feature allows users to tune the level of zoom used when scanning barcodes. We are unsure what you are describing that the camera is jumping like ping pong ball.   • Time waste

    If app allow to login same account on different devices at same time why order not sync between all device if my employe create order it doesn’t show on my phone. Please fixed this issue so owner can see the order and place while he is at home or away from store.

    Great ordering application, I love the historical information and inventory statuses that show for each item.

    Completely ruined my ability to capture the barcodes. I wish I never did the recent update.

  • Decent ordering application

    It does what it’s supposed to do.

    It’s missing a couple quality of life features such as Support for dark mode to help preserve battery life while using the app and the ability to create templates for use when ordering a section of the store like tobacco, cooler or freezer.
  • iPhone 14 Pro Max Scanner.

    The scanner needs to get fixed on iPhone 14 pro max, In order to scan an item the phone has to be atleast 2-3ft away and it’s gets really hard to scan a particular item specially near general Merch isle where tags are closer to each other. It worked perfect before the 2 updates done recently. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app twice as well but in vain.
    Half an hour order take double the time to get done.

    Would be nice to see the camera adjustment button where you can select the camera you like or have it adjusted to pick the scanner with the closer camera angle.

    Hope to see an update soon with these issues fixed.

    We released an enhancement last week that allows users to adjust the default camera zoom used when camera scanning.   • Sync is aweful

    It gets stuck in sync in progress. Like forever. If I delete the app and reinstall or go into settings to reinitalize app I lose everything.
    This app is so important to my job and my customers. Losing orders because it does t want to sync daily is unexceptable.

    We are sorry you have been having sync issues. There was a update released recently that helps resolve long syncs related to users with many locations assigned to them that have had pricebook's refreshed. Take the latest update if you haven't already and let us know if you have any additional issues.   • Need keywords

    The app needs key words for the customers to enter in the search bar. For example if they type in pizza all the frozen pizzas will pop up, or type in coffee and all the coffee will pop up etc. It will make it dramatically easier for customers to find what they’re looking for, and it will end in higher sales for Core-Mark when the customers see things they didn’t even know we carried.     Art, Thanks for your feedback! The application has a dynamic search option now. For example if you type piz the application will search for all items with piz, as you continue typing pizza the application will then search for pizza anywhere in the item description.
