It does what it’s supposed to do.
Well kinda… there are lots of duplicate UPC and discontinued products. So really spending an hour to do an order that should only take 30 minutes is a bit ridiculous.
I probably would not use revolutionary and/or fun to describe any of this application as seen in the description. Maybe one day but not today.

The camera scanning feature allows users to tune the level of zoom used when scanning barcodes. We are unsure what you are describing that the camera is jumping like ping pong ball. Decent ordering application
It’s missing a couple quality of life features such as Support for dark mode to help preserve battery life while using the app and the ability to create templates for use when ordering a section of the store like tobacco, cooler or freezer.
iPhone 14 Pro Max Scanner.
Half an hour order take double the time to get done.
Would be nice to see the camera adjustment button where you can select the camera you like or have it adjusted to pick the scanner with the closer camera angle.
Hope to see an update soon with these issues fixed.

We released an enhancement last week that allows users to adjust the default camera zoom used when camera scanning. Sync is aweful
This app is so important to my job and my customers. Losing orders because it does t want to sync daily is unexceptable.

There was a update released recently that helps resolve long syncs related to users with many locations assigned to them that have had pricebook's refreshed. Take the latest update if you haven't already and let us know if you have any additional issues. Art, Thanks for your feedback! The application has a dynamic search option now. For example if you type piz the application will search for all items with piz, as you continue typing pizza the application will then search for pizza anywhere in the item description.
