I'm so over it

I can't even sign into this app or anything just saying it can't synchronize, I can't put in my orders and I'm three weeks out. Uhg please help

Camera on iphone 14 pro

When we try to scan from the app to order the camera on iphone 14 pro and plus zooms soo much that we have to back up like 2 feet and then it starts scanning whole bunch of random items because we have to move far back.
Camera needs to have either a feature to zoom out or something because it’s impossible to make an order now.
Please fix the camera system.

This is a known issue with the new cameras in the iPhone14 Pro and Pro Max. The new cameras have issues with focusing on items close to the camera. We added an enhancement in OrderPro 2.14 to help the camera focus. The camera needs to be about ten inch to one foot way from the barcode for the camera to focus on the barcode. You should never have to be two foot way from a barcode to get the camera to scan. If you find the camera scanning isn't performing as you would like please contact your Sales Rep and request a KDC Bluetooth scanner. Good app

Can you make you make it so you can hear music. every time you scan it stops the music it get annoying plz🙏🏼🙏🏼

Couple things to improve

I would like to see improvement in the scanner, it is nearly impossible to scan from the order guide. It would be great if the scanner had a red line indicating which barcode it is going to read and actually be precise because in the order guide there is not much spacing between barcodes. It would also be nice to be able to see order history without having to completely open a new page for that individual item; make it so that with items listed you can press a history icon and the history will pop up for that particular item.

Update: There is now a red line for the scanner but it is basically useless, not accurate at all when trying to scan a barcode out of the order guide.
A new issue is that now if you scan the same item twice, it’ll only show the quantity as 1 instead of 2. This is a problem because if I scan the same item a second time, it needs to change the quantity to 2; this would be more accurate and also be a way of informing me that I have already scanned this item.

The OrderPro application does show the item's order history on the item detail screen. On the item detail screen there are fields that show the latest history, and an icon that shows the last five invoice dates as well as the ordered amount. We will be delivering an enhancement to the camera scanner that includes a red light guide for aligning the camera and barcode.

Issues since updated

Since last update when scanning some items it will make noise like item scanned and screen will change back to previous item that was viewed. Sometimes have to scan 5 or 6 times before it actually scans and that items info comes up.

Also, when searching, will try to scroll down and screen will hop back up to the top of the screen, usually have to try to scroll down 4 or 5 times before it will let me continue to scroll down without going back to the top of the item list.

Love this ordering app

This app has made great strides and features throughout the last year. So much that I started to use this and not the iMarks. I love it.

app doesn't work properly when you update ios13

Works ok

Would love to be able to check in orders, otherwise works great.

Some improvements & missteps

While the app does have some improvements the developers also removed some features. For example, when I tried to scan items with the ** (items that require 3 or more) the app no longer gives me the option to purchase a case of the item. Instead I have to select the 3 items. Then set those 3 items to 0 and then select 1 case.
