Good app but ?
It’s good app but needs just little work for example I live in Illinois I do local no need to see all BNSF in all states we gotta have update allow us just switch for favorites rail that we use please add that future it would make it life so much easier its absolutely needed updateMustafa7O
Making it harder
The app itself isn’t bad, but the numbering system and process were just changed from something easily interpreted to something that the rail workers can’t figure out.Chucklestheduck

We drive in teams I should be able to set the app up if I’m not driving but I can’t because it “detects when I’m moving”larrycdl
Counter-productive from r Sleeper Teams
1) Only the inbounding driver can outbound
2) illogical sequence of tabs. You use one tab to find your load, and updated off-ramp time (never on time) After finding your late trailer and hooking you exit that tab, go to the original bobtail website n tab and build your “qr pass”
It is simply quicker to manually type you license into to kiosk when in/outbounding

Missing one important thing
The most important thing this app is missing is A PROBLEM SOLVING CONTACT DIRECTLY TO BNSF especially at the LPC CHICAGO! Apparently they let Parcec run the night. Terrible service, dropping boxes hard in chassis, not loading people just because, speeding, damaging chassis ex: dragging full speed while brakes are locked, balding the tires. Doing donuts in the yard truck in the rain, dropping containers on locked pins. I’ve never seen anything so dysfunctional in my life. Wait times are long blaming on new system implemented this winter. Sleeping in cranes ignoring folks waiting for boxes. On and on. When some one gets injured or loose their life I guess that’s what it will take to fix the issues there. Oh thanks night BNSF rep that did absolutely nothing when the guy dropped a box at full speed, also your wrong they can control the speed.Show lessSamoanjigga
App is worthless rail isn’t doing they part
Corwith in Illinois every load says not at destination it is at the destination I find it then can’t go out the gate with app. Just let the app populate we know if we got the trailer on usdustinspanky
Chassis outgate
App needs a option that tells you chassis can’t be picked up when BNSF is not letting anymore chassis out. It happened today, I checked in a bare chassis on the app and it showed ready to be picked up. I went to the outgate and lady comes on the speaker and says BNSF is not allowing any more chassis outShow lessAbulhole
Motion needs off
Would be nice to use without locking you out after going 5mps when we can go 20mph in rail and can’t see where I’m supposed to park. Needs motion taken off it causes it to freeze then have to power my phones off and my colleagues say the same.Acro32
App won’t run
I try to open the app after closing it and it won’t load.85 eric
Delete and reinstall
Why is it I have to delete and install this app every time I want to use it. And gets stuck when I hit the bobtail tab on bottom.S P Peter
