Tracking problems
We have a problem on most of the loads tracking won’t start until we click arrive on site of pickup
Please look it to this glitch. App shows not tracked but few miles before we arrive we receive notification asking us if we have arrived, when i open the app it’s still not tracking but it knows that we are close by. It’s a glitch
Tracking is always bugging on this app. Some loads we do everything support tells us to do and it still doesn’t work. So much time waisted contacting 360 support which is not avilable after hrs. Agents don’t even respond to app problems when emailed. Needs big improvements
