Customer service lacks basic communication skills and are there to take notes and aren’t allowed to provide any solutions, it’s like a messaging service.
This platform needs to be shut down or broken into multiple platforms.
The fact that they’re the only ones in the market, gives their team members unprecedented powers and deprives them of any customer service skills. Shut it down!
