App Problems
I literally just joined this app not even a week ago and I am not happy or satisfied with it. I’ve worked several different apps for several years and this one by far has been the worst. The fact it takes 15 mins to know if you’re going to be assigned an order that you picked up is crazy when you were able to pick it up. If someone else got it first it shouldn’t still be posted for someone else to grab too. We all want to make money that’s the point of signing up to do the deliveries. We don’t have time to sit and twittle our fingers. Then, the prices are not worth the mileage and time for certain pickups. $45 for a hour and a half delivery trip there and back and sometimes leaving the state is not worth the trip.
They also have login issues. I had to re-login and it would not accept my password then when I go to reset they send a temporary password to your email but you don’t ever receive an email from them with the temporary password. I looked through my email through and through even checking spam and promotions and never got the temporary password so I can reset my password and now I cannot get into the app at all or contact support for help. As a new comer I am not happy or satisfied with this app and I can’t even suggest to download and start using it when they can’t even get the login part together. This is a very long story if I were to write the whole situation down. Honestly I have 7 other apps that I use during my shift. I work 7 days a week and literally never have any issues like I have with roadie. Apprently by this female support who I reached to clear a problem for me well it went from 0-100 real quick. All because she was rude and unprofessional basically lied. All I did was question her and ask who she spoke to because what was said was a lie. I don’t like me called a liar when I’m being 100 honest and have proof. All this led up for her getting in her feelings and accused me of been hostile. I will admit I was already upset because roadie has many defects. Their biggest one is lying about the dimensions and quantity of items that k need to deliver. This matters because I need to see if it fits in either my sedan or truck that I’m using at the time. Furthermore, roadie support staff not all are great some act privilege and act as their the boss and can act however they pleased with no accountability to them. So if you want to waste time, headache, lies and even get blocked from your account just because you question or even put your foot down and not let yourself get treated like trash. Then prepare to get blocked and let’s sad because I treat all with respect. I always been told treat those how they treat you.Show lessPlz improve in person customer service for the drivers
Plz improve in person customer service for the drivers, they never pick there calls , they use wrong dimensions always , as a result it’s a lot of problem, and some of the items are way too heavy and usually some Home Depot helps to load the item, and others do not , and they always warns if the item doesn’t fit in the vehicle , the account will be blocked, do they actually pay that much amount for a tractor trailer and a forklift? No , so they should put the photo of the item correctly in the app. Stop warning the workers , as they are on the road not the IT guys. We are on the road I are lifting heavy items, using our own phone, own vehicle, own insurance,at our own risk, and you from your end giving us warning and blocking us from using the app?
THE MAIN ISSUE is THE APP IS LAGGING, IT IS NOT FAST, I mean to say, IT NEEDS LOT OF INTERNET SPEED , IN VEHICLES IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DRIVE WITH A BROADBAND CONNECTION, I USED VERIZON and still didn’t get network , and due to network and their customer service problem they have block my accountShow less
