Customer service lacks basic communication skills and are there to take notes and aren’t allowed to provide any solutions, it’s like a messaging service.
This platform needs to be shut down or broken into multiple platforms.
The fact that they’re the only ones in the market, gives their team members unprecedented powers and deprives them of any customer service skills. Shut it down!

Map STILL not working!
However, it didn’t happen!
This is a huge and very productive tool to have, and one of the things I really liked about the app!
It would be nice to see This issue resolved!
The other thing I would really like to see is, insisting that the brokers put the information about the load in the posting!
You have areas set aside to do this, but very few use them!
Times and dates for pick up/delivery, commodity, etc.!
This would save both the driver and the Broker huge amounts of time on the phone!
If these things were to happen, I think the app would be well worth the price!
Without them, it’s a very average tool to work with!
