Monopoly/antitrust

This platform is out of control, they allow fake companies to post pages and pages of non Existing loads, unverified brokers and shady carriers. They have no issues with their platform being used for fraudulent activities. Worst, as carriers, we don’t have an alternative, they keep expanding and monopolizing the market.
Customer service lacks basic communication skills and are there to take notes and aren’t allowed to provide any solutions, it’s like a messaging service.
This platform needs to be shut down or broken into multiple platforms.
The fact that they’re the only ones in the market, gives their team members unprecedented powers and deprives them of any customer service skills. Shut it down!

Failed to get me approved without explanation

As a carrier i have tried to open an account with DAT ONE hoping as i will be paying for my subscription for a quick approval right but no. And i have no ideas why, i would greatly appreciate if they tell me i am missing out something or we can’t do business with you but rather they say someone will review your account and call you. It has been two months now with no response. Currently using someone else’s. Please have reasons why you can’t accept an application and provide us with it

Add Reefer Box and Ability to Block Brokers

When selecting which type of truck there is no simple option for reefer box trucks. I currently have to use the reefer van selection paired with a weight and length limits. Even when doing this some brokers don’t want a reefer box. It gets frustrating trying to search post comments for a reefer box tag. Also please add a quick way to block brokers I am getting tired of seeing 50 GolbalTranz post with dirt cheap rates clogging up the selection I will never take a load from them or any other broker who wants to make more money from a 2 minute phone call than I do operating a truck for X amount of hours. Other than this the app is great and convenient it continues to get better and I get 95% of my loads from DAT ONE so for that thank you! Add these 2 features and you got my 5th star!

Where is the refresh rate on this thing set to, when I’m scrolling over loads my eyes are going blurry, please check your app settings, someone messed something up, it is no longer a smooth experience ever since an update a few months ago. iPhone 15 pro max, not an iPhone issue - this is a software issue - tried all the usual steps to fix - same outcome

Do better

What has happened to the DOT app that I used to love and use every day? It now appears that scammers and double brokers have taken over the platform. Consequently, I have stopped using it. You book a load, complete your work, but then the brokers refuse to pay you. This results in wasted fuel and time, which are costly in today’s economy. It seems that the app is doing nothing to prevent double brokers or scammers.

NO LOADS FOR CARGO VANS

A Waste of time, hope and money checking this app all day everyday for maybe 1 cargo van load a week or every two weeks!! They have no notifications feature so you can’t get alerts and you will not get a refund if you dont get any loads your first month. good luck or get a BIGGER vehicle.

The mapLocation

The map location for pick up and drops off hasn't been working for two weeks now made it so much easier to map out everything

Need the blue check mark and MAP!

I love the app and have been using it for more than 1 year. Need to fix the blue check mark and the app doesn’t work these days. Need to fix both! Part and have to be 5 stars.

Map STILL not working!

I recently updated the app, and I had hoped that would fix the problem with the map!
However, it didn’t happen!

This is a huge and very productive tool to have, and one of the things I really liked about the app!
It would be nice to see This issue resolved!

The other thing I would really like to see is, insisting that the brokers put the information about the load in the posting!
You have areas set aside to do this, but very few use them!
Times and dates for pick up/delivery, commodity, etc.!
This would save both the driver and the Broker huge amounts of time on the phone!

If these things were to happen, I think the app would be well worth the price!
Without them, it’s a very average tool to work with!
