Abysmal delivery service
Even if you are located in the center of the city the order takes at least 1 hour to arrive, have ordered multiple times and its always the same thing, DO NOT order unless you an extremely patient person.RandomAlbanian

Writing this an an expat/digital nomad/immigrant, or whatever you want to call me. Baboon will get your food to you, but if you’re from more developed countries it will feel strange. You’ll have to make sure you’re using WhatsApp and they only operate in cash — much different than the likes of doordash, ubereats, glovo etc. The pro is that they have the restaurants I like here, Burger King and some other locals like Mr Greek, but the fact that I can’t pay with card is a bit strange. Wolt has just moved into the area and I’ve enjoyed using them ALOT more. They don’t have the same restaurants though, which is why I still keep Baboon but when Wolt catches up with restaurants I’d say there’s no reason to keep baboon unless they improve.Show lessBromad Digital
How is this even in the App Store?
App is so broken all you can do is launch it. Tap “language”? Get an error message that just says “oops!” Try to just use the app in Albanian? Nope, all your options to tap from the starting page are just blank bars. Can’t translate an empty white block. On a 2022 iPhone SE with latest iOS. Disappointing since this app is apparently the only way to order delivery in Tirana from most restaurants using a credit card.Show lessHngry4Appls

Pros: we get our food delivered instead of having to catch a taxi to various destinations in busy Tirana. Baboon customer is available on WhatsApp for any addition needs of communication.
Cons: Most delivery people don’t read the instructions I have on my address profile. This lack of attention makes delivery much harder for all involved.
