Horrible experience- better use Glovo
I was waiting for my order in front of the house at it showed on the map that the delivery man was approaching to my area, but somehow it showed that he went somewhere else.
I waited to see if he’s coming but suddenly he disappeared from the map.
I’ve contacted the help from the app right away and they said my order was cancelled and non refundable as I wasn’t home. ( it’s true that my phone number connected with the app was an old one, but still no one reach the destination and no one tried to ring at the door or something like Glovo delivery men does!)
Really frustrating as I was literally waiting in front of my house.
I said ok, please contact the driver and send him back and I am willing to pay for the transport again, as everything happened minutes away.
The lady said she doesn’t have the driver number and it is what it is!!!
So I just lost the food I’ve paid more than 30€!
I’ve contacted after customer service with the hope that I will receive a further discount or a voucher for this situation but they haven’t answered back.
Really disappointing…
