I had a frustrating experience using this app while trying to send my son a meal at his school in Barcelona. I ordered an acai bowl from Oakberry, and unfortunately, the delivery driver refused to enter the school premises to deliver the food, insisting that I meet him outside. Since I live in the United States, I explained that I couldn't do that, and I provided the school’s contact information as part of my order details to facilitate the delivery.
However, the driver stated he couldn’t call the numbers provided and ultimately canceled my order. When I requested a refund, I was told that the situation seemed suspicious, which was disappointing.
While I understand that there may be challenges with delivery in certain locations, better communication and customer service would greatly improve the experience. I hope the app can address these issues to ensure future customers have a smoother process.
