Do not buy if you are from another country
I had a frustrating experience using this app while trying to send my son a meal at his school in Barcelona. I ordered an acai bowl from Oakberry, and unfortunately, the delivery driver refused to enter the school premises to deliver the food, insisting that I meet him outside. Since I live in the United States, I explained that I couldn't do that, and I provided the school’s contact information as part of my order details to facilitate the delivery.

However, the driver stated he couldn’t call the numbers provided and ultimately canceled my order. When I requested a refund, I was told that the situation seemed suspicious, which was disappointing.

While I understand that there may be challenges with delivery in certain locations, better communication and customer service would greatly improve the experience. I hope the app can address these issues to ensure future customers have a smoother process.

Come corriere è abbastanza veloce, ma i prezzi sono molto costosi , dato che il mio ordine costa 4 euro, ma ho pagato 10 euro 🤷‍♀️ per la consegna e le spese di negozio, molto alte, questa sarà l'ultima volta

You are about to order and suddenly no restaurant is available for delivery, and the ones that are have horrible ratings!!

Scammers!
Glovo workers are totally unreliable!
Glovo doesn’t refund money for missing or damaged and out of date items! Same scam message every time but ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND!
Don’t buy with Glovo! Use BOLT or UBER for your needs. Even hiring a drive is less expensive than being scammed out of funds by this terrible company!!!

Do not buy their premium service if you live in the +5 lari area
Do not buy their premium service if you live in the Georgia area. They don't deliver and overcharge.

Update: I hate this app even more. A few months later I use them only when I have to. These guys are idiots who overcharge for deliveries.

remboursement, le livreur ne m'a pas ramené la commande. J'ai annulé. Alors, vous avez enlevé le remboursement. Vous trouvez que c'est logique pour un service ou bien pour améliorer un service? Non. Mauvaise qualité de service, mauvaise qualité de contact avec les supports, vous ne trouvez pas les solutions pour vos clients. Vous ne pouvez pas garder vos clients. Alors, vous avez une mauvaise qualité.
