Спробував зробити вперше одне замовлення в додатку GLOVO для моєї мами, але вони мене обманули десь приблизно на 700 гривень, не було трьох позицій, хоча вони написали що товар відсутній і оплату не списано з рахунку, але кошти не повернули, тому що вони стягують оплату відразу повну за товар який обираєш попередньо, думаю це було моє перше і останнє замовлення в додатку GLOVO, вони навіть не порадились зі мною чи можна замінити відсутні товари на подібні. Це був дуже поганий досвід з цим додаткомShow lessIhorrrrrrr

Disappointed! I was using this app a lot till they scammed me on 370dh today.. i've contacted support but they gave no help! Don't recommend it! Try to contact restaurents directly and don't use this app.Soufian_o

So unprofessional
Once the delivery guy rejected to come up the building to deliver the food to me and I couldn’t go down stairs for a reason. After an argument over the phone, the delivery guy ended up leaving and the app is still trying to charge me for an order I didn’t receive and kept it on my profile as an outstanding debt.Show lessBeGooddd

C’est tellement débile d’ajouter l’adresse, et meme de la pointer sur la map, que J’ai du annuler la commande et supprimer l’application.
C’est tellement fou meme lorsque je rentre l’adresse manuellement, ca me suggère la Turquie L’Egypte et meme pas une adresse a la marsa ! C’est affreuxKhaLedBenK

Glovo driver is a thief and Glovo refuses to do anything about it
The app and company are absolutely horrific. I placed my first (and last) grocery delivery order with Glovo for 62€ and I only received around 30€ of the items. When I asked where the other items were, the driver claimed they didn’t have the two cartons of eggs, dishwasher detergent, tea, a couple bottles of wine etc. that I ordered and paid for. I then contacted Glovo and they refused to deliver the items, issue me a refund or even provide a future credit. They said it wasn’t their policy to do such a thing, but they seemingly condone their drivers stealing items from their paying customers. PLEASE avoid using Glovo unless you’re willing to risk the same thing happening to you without any repercussions to the thief driver and without any customer service or resolution. Note I asked to speak to management several times and Glovo customer support just ignored my requests.Show lessNicknameABC8675309

Terrible app! They don’t take any accountability for deliveries not made, late deliveries, etc.
Never again. I wasted money on this scam of an app. Use Uber eats.SM.2024
