Hi Midhey, I'm really sorry to hear the app didn't work and I'd really appreciate it if you could describe what happened, as I've tried it on an iPhone 7 and XS and had no issues. I'd really love to fix this for you, and my other users who may not have bothered to reach out to me. But if you'd prefer to proceed with the refund, please see below.
