I’m just trying really hard how to pick the right stock and it’s hard to trust any advice from ai simply cause it’s not real to me or trustworthy,I’m just a average person who is trying to gain back my life from addiction and which I have so I just wing it and consider every day a extra day to experience life and watch the stock market like a hawk…..do my best to comprehend let alone understand,I’m fascinated how the stocks fluctuate so much and change sometimes in the blink of a eye ,I don’t have much money but I still enjoy investing and trading the little extra I have after paying bills ect, I hope one day my $20 $30 bucks turns to enough to help make positive changes in the world and for my the sober community,thanks
I group My Stocks by my own Sectors of interest.
When searching for a stock in my list the App use to bring me to the location in my list where I have place that stock in my listing among other similar stocks that I follow.
At this point I have composed groups of similar stock I follow so I could see how the group is performing by simply scrolling up or down through my list.
That is no longer true with the last major update of the App which occurred a few years back.
When I search for a stock in My List , the current App provides good info but does not place the “stock cursor” in the location in My Stock List where I can scroll quickly and see all the other Stocks I follow , in the grouping that I have personally composed.
As a result I have to manually scroll through my entire list to find that stock again & be able to see my sector grouping, to see how other stocks in my group listing are performing.
So the App has lost the capability to quickly see the grouping of my list in the Sector I am interesting in seeing.
This make the use of the App very time consuming & frustrating & reduced usefulness of the App .
Note: This feature was lost a few years ago with the major upgrade. I am still waiting for someone to read this, understand the issue & make the simple software changes.
The only way I could do that was if you wanted me too I could come and pick it out and then I can go pick up it from your place or you could just pick me out of there or you could come pick me out and I could just drop you back in my truck or you can come pick me out or you could pick it out or you can just come pick me out if that’s cool or you could do whatever you’re doing I don’t know I don’t want you here either I’m not in a hurry I don’t know I’m not a big fan I don’t know what but I just wanna know if I want to be in the mood to be with somebody that you know that I just wanna be honest with them I just want you to know I just wanna be careful I don’t want to be careful I just wanna make sure you know that I don’t know what I just wanted!!
One of the ways I try to stay tuned with my own investments is with this great app which I can search and pin my favorite mutual funds and individual stocks (any security with ticker symbol) including gas and oil prices, not to mention specific daily business articles associated with pinned stock symbols that appear below the stock listing by scrolling down.
Pinned stock charts/graphs can be moved up and down in alphabetical order or importance, or removed entirely when not needed.
Graphs are the best part when opened and viewed in different time periods to determine possible future earnings or trends. Price updates occur within a reasonable time, 5-10 minutes. For mutual funds, about 2 hours after market close (4:30pm EST).
I am Rob from the United States. Recently I fell into a big scam from a trading platform called metro trading, Unfortunately for me, I invested 70,000 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. Have used the app ever since I got the first iPhone 10+ years ago. The app displays real time price in a compact format and toggle to change from percentage to price change , nice.
Recently I noticed an annoying thing on the daily price when sliding to see the next stocks. The display of the price blinds by dimming the lightness and back quickly. I am not talking the price update. You don’t need to blink the price to show that the price has been updated. I found that annoying and try not to look at that part, which is the part that I actually want to look at.

By mobile contortions and smartphone computations; the application does a training paired to many figured abilities. Each position has is adaptations by spectrum for revenue at a national glance; the hope is obviously a goal for the term source kept in long time array. I feel the bolster of many traits has mead that I must tend to. Thanks for the application, the source synchronicities, and it possibly being an item on the market. Replying to the weather app is cool too, can I turn up the ticker frame rate or does that claim power and light pips; I'm only attempting to get involved.
Don’t get me wrong… Apple’s, Stocks app is GREAT!
For tracking stocks, and the basic metrics that go with that, this is a 5-Star app.
But it is really, really (did I say really?) frustrating that nearly every interesting headline you tap on is bait to sign up for a subscription.
I understand that advertising is simply part of doing business.
We get bombarded from every direction in cyberspace to buy something or subscribe to something. It’s not unlike watching TV or listening to broadcast or Internet radio.
But the Stocks headline page is frustrating because I’ll tap on several headlines in a row where I end up having to back out of that page and back to the main headlines page because I can’t read the article without a subscription to that source.
Again, I don’t begrudge the Stocks headline page pitching subs… but geesh… can we not have most of the headlines be subscription bait ads?
Again… if you want to track stocks and have all the solid basic metrics at hand, the Apple, Stocks app is great.
Just don’t be enticed to start tapping on headline links… you’ll feel frustrated that you can’t read, it seems more than half of the articles, unless you subscribe.
I like this app quite a bit, but Yahoo Finance is better because it shows the premarket and after hours changes without clicking each individual stock. If I have 70 stocks on my watchlist, I can’t be clicking each one to see the after hours numbers. It also doesn’t show premarket as far as I can tell on this app. My biggest complaint is it’s too easy to remove stocks from my list. Please add something that says “Are you sure?” before just completely taking it off the list. I constantly remove stocks I’m watching. For example, it happened when I put my phone in my pocket, and it’s irritating.
